Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was good.

Cons:

Room was very small and cramped especially for 4 ppl.
No hanging space for clothes and bathroom was tiny with a sliding door which provided very little privacy.
Barely any space to walk around the beds.
The sheets and pillows were so stiff that we woke each other up in the night when we moved.

Excellente literie.
La vue des chambres donnant sur le parc.

Cons:

L'absence d'une lumière dans la salle de bains indépendante de la ventilation qui fait beaucoup de bruit.
L'air conditionné fait beaucoup de bruit et continue de fonctionner même quand il est éteint !

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD and excellent customer service.
Pros:

Our Queen room was spacious, tastefully styled and the bed was very comfortable The hotel is in the heart of the CBD so access to transport, cafes and restaurants and iconic landmarks is excellent.
The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent.

Pleasant stay - good value and location for me.
Pros:

Newly refurbished so staff couldn't do more to help. Tasteful decor. As a refurbished building they chose to have all gender toilets in the restaurant. These were done exceptionally well because each cubicle had a washbasin so it doesn't matter what gender you are. Lots of power outlets of all types by the bed. All felt nice and new. Good continental breakfast. Good to have choice between continental and full breakfast. Most don't give that choice. Close to The University of Melbourne.

Cons:

My room was a bit squashy because there were two double beds which took up all the space. Not sure if all the rooms are this size. I only chose it because of price, but I can see now why it is cheaper.
Was incredibly surprised to find five steps at the only entrance - I thought entrance steps to hotels went out last century. There is a platform lift for anyone who wants it, but you have to call for staff to operate it.
There is one handrail, which was unfortunately obstructed by two A frame signboards - one at the bottom, and one at the top. These were removed after I gave feedback about the importance of the handrail. Couldn't get closed captions (subtitles) on the tv - the remote button didn't work along with the function button. Access will be improved when the underground parking is operational.

Comfy staff, lovely staff, would recommend!
Pros:

Loveliest girl working at reception on check in. Very comfy room and very welcomed, welcome drink!

Cons:

Parking the car a couple blocks away. Would be convenient if onsite parking was offered but I do believe this is on the way.
