Pros:

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL we had just moved from a terrible unclean and unethical hotel (Arrow on Swanson), had terrible experiences with 2 uber drivers after my companion had had surgery and couldnt walk- argumentative, unwilling to help and wanted to kick us out as the fair was too small after accepting the job even though she couldnt walk.
Crowne staff were caring and supportive, offered a wheelchair for my wounded and hurting compainion and a kind ear for me, which was very appreciated after such a bad run in Melbourne.
The room, the food, and the facilities were perfect, and it felt like a home away from home and safe. My wife was able to rest and recover (we both were!) so well before we had to make the big journey home. The taxi drivers in Melbourne were professional and efficient and a taxi organised by the staff when we left. I feel very thankful for this accommodation and the stay experience they offered. I will stay in a Crowne always from now on and I highly recommend. The cocktail on arrival was a very pleasant touch to a wonderful service package. Thank you for everything.

Rooms were great, tge girl at the front desk on check in was spectacularly freindly, and the roodbin the restaurant was

The onsite car park was not operational despite the web site sayingvthere was onsite parking. Had to walk aroundcthe block ti a public park

Not upto the expectations from IHG group
Pros:

Good location, comfortable beds and rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast was same baked croissants, muffins, donuts, yoghurt, etc with fruits.
No electricity for 4 hours in morning - No back up arrangements for hot water, illumination, or even hot items in breakfast!

Best hotel experience
Pros:

I booked the hotel for 2 nights just to escape from problems just for a bit... the hotel didn't disappoint. From the staff, bar, facilities, the room, the cleanliness and all other things made my problems disappear for 2 nights. Lol

Cons:

I wasn't able to fully enjoy breakfast. Breakfast closes at 10:30 and i came almost 10:15. I'm in a rush to finish. I ordered the full bf but can't even try everything i wasn't too hungry coz of hangover. lt's my fault not the hotel. Lol

Ill try the Breakfast the most enjoyable way possible next time

Pros:

The staff were exceptional, especially Bony. The rooms were lux. The bar and restaurant has lovely views of Lincoln square park. A short walk to public transport and close to Lyon street with great restaurant's.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my room was on the outside wall of the building and therefore there was a bit of road noise. I would request an internal room next time.

Dinner bed and breakfast in stylish new surrounds
Pros:

Modern new decor and facilities; friendly, helpful staff; a complimentary welcome drink and other extras such as 11am check out. We were made very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't yet have on site parking. There is street parking, but for overnight it's necessary to unload suitcases and drive to nearby overnight parking stations at an extra cost and inconvenience.

Brilliant stay, room well appointed, all staff delightful and helpful. Restaurant very good, excellent food and coffee

This is a beautifully renovated property, great restaurant, great staff and on the tram line

A bit noisy with works still going on in the mornings (minor issue)
