Front desk person did not put in any effort to try and convince us to stay.
Pros:

It is a good location.

Cons:

When we arrived at the property, we were told our non smoking rooms were given to someone else and were asked to take the other room and next night we can shift to non smoking room.

Decent, business focused hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Manisha, who cleaned our room was great, really courteous and helpful, as were several of the reception staff and the gentleman at the front door.

Cons:

Needs updating. Spa and pool facilities closed. Breakfast service not great. Mostly friendly but not very capable staff.

Underwhelmed by the esthetics outside the hotel and the Bathroom.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good, the choice of food was not extravagant, but the food was tasty. The staff seemed friendly, and the reception staff were knowledgeable and efficient. The room was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable. My clothes left on the bed was folded nicely and was a good gesture.

Cons:

the view in my room was horrible... bird shit on the roofs, the pool was dried up and dirty. the bathroom was in a terrible condition; the shower head was rusty and mold every corner. the toilet flush did not work well, and the TV channels did not have English or Tamil channels as far as I searched. the room lighting could have more lights for brighter option and darker options as well. No visible plug point to iron accepts at the bed side or the tv.
