The wellness center has limited admission and on-time reservations. Please note that the use of the swimming cap to access the outdoor pool and to the spa is mandatory.
Please note that small and medium-sized pets are welcome, as long as they are not aggressive or loud. Pets do not have access to the outdoor swimming pool area surrounding the lawn where umbrellas and sunbeds are placed and poolside, in the breakfast room, or to the SPA.

Praticamente tutto, ovverosia: camera pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata, insonorizzata. Parcheggio comodo di fronte alla camera. Reception presente e preparati. Complesso tenuto in maniera impeccabile, ma anche in maniera molto discreta. Piscina esterna super rilassante con sdrai e lettini. Centro benessere (che avevamo incluso in tariffa) essenziale e ben curato. Colazione super. Ristorante di fianco al resort con attenzione alla tradizione e al gusto. Posizione comoda per raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le perle della val d'Orcia, a cominciare da San Quirico che ci si può andare anche a piedi. Consigliato pernottamento almeno di 3 notti per riuscire a godersi tutti i servizi di cui dispone!
Probabilmente ce l'avevano spiegato in reception all'arrivo, ma siccome alla SPA ci siamo andati il giorno dopo, non ricordavo esattamente come fosse disposto il centro benessere e non era molto intuitivo trovare la sauna. Ma siamo ai microdettagli!

La piscine intérieur : sorte de grand spa dans une grotte. Très bien.
Prendre un verre a la piscine ou sur les transat en face d un beau paysage toscan.
La relative proximité avec la ville tout en étant a la campagne : promenade et dîner à quirico à pied.
Bien situé pour visiter le val d orcia. Central.

The stuff was very *nice* and helpful, delicious breakfast with lots of different choices, spotlessly clean, nice location - just a good minute walk from the town, magnificent views over the valley, offers parking on site, peaceful and quiet location (also for rooms looking toward the road), spa is nice (it was also empty during our stay - offered private experience), well maintained complex inside and out.
I know it takes money to offer various amenities, but it still felt a bit pricey for provided services, the water pressure in the shower was poor, would like to have additional shelf or two in the room, wearing shower caps seems a bit outdated idea.
Il personale cordiale ed onesto. Il mio compagno aveva dimenticato 15 euro nell' accappatoio e la cuffia. Ci hanno telefonato e fatto una ricarica al telefono di pari importo. Onestà e professionalità.

Frühstück war gut, viel Auswahl. Betten waren bequem und das Personal freundlich. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool mit super Aussicht
Das innere Schwimmbecken was sehr warm, man konnte es kaum aushalten. Nur Einheitsgrößen bei den Bademänteln. Sehr hellhörig und morgens bellt ein Hund ununterbrochen.
