Lekker verblijf in Toscane!
Pros:

Prima kamer (junior suite). Het werd netjes schoongemaakt en iedere dag nieuwe handdoeken. Zwembad was lekker (het water wel iets te warm), ontbijt was prima. De omgeving was prachtig. Het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het bed was klein en smal (we waren beide te lang voor het bed). Daarnaast erg warm tijdens het slapen vanwege niveauverschil in de suite. De airconditioning kon je niet zelf aanpassen. Veel muggen, dus smeer je goed in.

Pros:

Struttura molto curata con gusto, bella piscina, bella camera ampia. Abbiamo potuto deporre le bici e caricarle in un garage chiuso. Ampio parcheggio gratuito e possibilità di caricare l'auto elettrica. Ottima colazione, personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Avremmo apprezzato un bollitore per l'acqua in camera.p

The swimming pool and spa are great. The room is nice and spacious. Although it is located outside the walls of the old town, it is just a few minutes walk and I consider it excellent location. Breakfast was great as well. Could add more vegetable choices.

Cons:

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel me laisse un sentiment mitigé en raison de la gestion d'un incident sérieux.

Vers 6h du matin, une tempête a déclenché l'alarme de l'hôtel. La situation a rapidement tourné à la confusion : les clients ne savaient pas où se rendre ni quelles consignes suivre. Pendant un long moment, personne n'était présent à la réception. Lorsque quelqu'un est finalement arrivé, il nous a indiqué ne pas savoir comment arrêter l'alarme.

Au-delà de l'incident lui-même, ce qui m'a le plus déçu est l'absence totale de communication et de considération envers les clients. Lors du check-out, la seule préoccupation de la réception a été l'encaissement des taxes de séjour. Aucun mot d'explication, aucune excuse, aucune reconnaissance du désagrément subi.

Je comprends qu'une tempête est un événement indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel. En revanche, la gestion de la crise, le manque d'organisation et l'absence d'excuses relèvent de sa responsabilité. Je considère qu'il y a eu un véritable manquement dans l'accueil et la prise en charge des clients.
