O atendimento de todos foi especial!
Café da manhã incrível, inclusive o time da cozinha foi muito prestativo em nós ajudar com nossa restrição alimentar.
La habitación es de tamaño estándar para este tipo de hoteles, como de viajes de negocios, en mi caso, de una noche, por su cercanía con el aeropuerto. Tuve desayuno incluido pero NO me tocó probarlo, por el horario de la cocina y mi vuelo

The breakfast was great, the room, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful
The only thing I did not like, is that when I came down for breakfast I grabbed some food and sat down. The hostess came over to me before I could even begin to eat or drink something and handed me a piece of paper to fill out. The paper was to evaluate the hotel's service and food. She then stood there over me, waiting for me to fill it out. I said you can go over there and I will fill it out when I finish. She did not understand so she just stared at me and kept standing over me waiting for me to fill out the sheet. How can I fill it out when I haven't eaten yet. I had to get up and move to another table for her to go away. I'm sure some of the staff does not understand other cultures and their manners, but to stand over someone while they fill something out, IS VERY RUDE. I did fill it oiut, ON MY OWN TIME, and returned it to her. I was the only customer, she could have waited.

La atención del personal ha sido espectacular. Han sido muy amables, educadas y resolutivas. También el desayuno estaba muy bien.
No me gustó en lo absoluto que la ventana del cuarto no pueda abrirse por lo que no podía respirar aire fresco.

Es un hotel para poder hacer noche cerca del aeropuerto antes de empezar el viaje por Costa Rica. Tiene zonas de comer cercanas, parking amplio, desayuno bufet completo y personal amable atento.
Es un hotel antiguo, y algunas zonas necesitarían renovación. Pero cumplió con su cometido sin problemas

El piso de la ducha es sumamente resbaloso. Mi hijo se cayo pero por dicha no paso nada . Esta ultima vez si me.afecto el colchon.
