Brilliant, will stay again
Pros:

Lovely staff. Aircon was fab.

Cons:

There was a green light in the room that couldn’t be turned off and it was far too bright to be able to sleep with and it kind of made the blackout curtains a bit redundant.

We have spent a wonderful time in it
Pros:

It is a very new and well designed hotel. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed ( the young man from Bangladesh). The location is perfect to explore great London. We have spent a wonderful time with it.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel e la modernità della camera.

Cons:

• La direzione è stata assente per tutto il viaggio: non ci è mai stato chiesto se avessimo o meno bisogno di assistenza per organizzare gite o tour (mi pare strano che un hotel di questo prestigio non offra tour ai propri clienti).
• dopo il check-in , le nostre valigie sono state portate in un'altra stanza e ci sono state restituite solo in un secondo momento;
• siamo stati svegliati da una chiamata della hall alla 22.45 perché "hanno sbagliato stanza";
• si sono dimenticati di togliere gli asciugamani sporchi dal pavimento una volta rifatta la camera;
• in tutto il soggiorno ci sono state offerte due (2) bottiglie d'acqua naturale;
• ogni mattina, quando io e la mia compagna uscivamo per andare a fare colazione, la reception era vuota, non proprio un'immagine di presenza che ci si aspetta da un hotel che vuole essere raffinato;
• l'unica volta che abbiamo deciso di ordinare la colazione à la carte un cappuccino e un caffellatte in hotel abbiamo pagato un prezzo più alto rispetto ai cafè della zona nonostante fossimo ospiti (e per molte notti!) della struttura.

Highly recommended
Pros:

I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended

Pros:

The location and overall feel of the hotel. Staff very polite and friendly

Cons:

No microwave as mentioned in the facilities available and no option to make one room into a twin so both rooms were double beds. Lack of teabags seemed a bit odd. Took two days to provide more.

Top Lage
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage einfach spitze. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Aufgrund der hochwertigen Ausstattung ist das Hotel sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind abgeschlossen, daher mussten mit der Klimaanlage schlafen.

Peaceful stay
Pros:

Very quiet & personal. Staff all lovely. Handy location. Lovely upgrade. Bed comfy and room very clean.

Cons:

No-one knew whether breakfast was included or not. Finally, all charges were removed which was great but it added stress to the stay. The tables in the dining room were always left dirty from previous guests (breakfast).
