Cons:

No me gustó para nada el trato de la gente en la recepción . La
Limpieza del departamento deja bastante que desear, no funcionaba el calentador de agua ni la calefacción
Me quedé una noche nada más y por eso no fue tan grave no tener calefacción, pero no me volvería a quedar ahí. El propietario respondió todos los mensajes pero no solucionó nada.

Los corredores estan muy feos deberian tener mas cuidado cdo hacen reparaciones hacerlo x zonas y dejarlo arreglado cto antes llevamos 2 dias hospedados y todo esta igual de feo

Pros:

Muy céntrico y la habitación era limpia y ofrecía buena equipación de la cocinita. He estado anteriormente en el mismo apartahotel y en este mismo que era un particular, puedo decir que era mucho más renovado y mejor equipado. Y ofrece Netflix sin tener que contactarte con el tuyo propio. Un plus extra. Muy contenta.

Muy comodo apartamento en excelente ubicacion.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, equipamiento correcto y en buen estado. El anfitrión muy amable y dispuesto.

Cons:

Habia un feo olor en el corredor del piso 1, pero entiendo que estaban haciendo algun mantenimiento, porque se veia gente trabajando.

La ubicación

Cons:

En el baño no había intimidad. La ducha era transparente y no había puerta.
Y la puerta del WC era opaca y se transparentaba todo.
Para una pareja ok, para amigos...
Y para dos ok, para 3 hay que abrir el sofá cama y ya te quedas sin nada de espacio (el sofá cama era muy cómodo)

Мадрид е страхотен град и нищо от изброеното горе не може да попречи човек да се почуства добре.
Pros:

Мястото е близо до началото на парка и на пешеходно растояние от централната част на Мадрид.

Cons:

Стаята е добра но с един минимален ремонт би могла да стане перфектна, не зная защо собственика допуска в отзивите да се повтарят едни и същи забележки като за половин ден всичко би могло да се отремонтира. Освен това апартамента който има голям рейтинг се намира в хотел с доста по нисък такъв, което до някаква степен е подвеждащо. Като цяло оценката ми е 7 от 10.

Spacious room, excellent location getting to downtown or exploring the city.

Cons:

Noise. Windows are not capable of noise cancellation from the street, you hear people walking or moving things in the room above. Very simple constructed building in respect of noise reduction.
