An excellent hotel in the center of town, quiet but close to important sights.
Pros:

Professional staff, very helpful, attentive and polite. Clean room, comfortable bed. Clean linens and towels. Good- sized room.

Cons:

Difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower area. Staff failed to top off the shower gel container, also missed replacing the empty facial tissue box.

Hotel impecable
Pros:

El hotel es impecable. Su estilo. Su decoración. Todo es perfecto desde que entras: el perfume, los arreglos florales y el personal que te da la bienvenida.
La ubicación está muy buena: cerca del centro pero no en medio del bullicio.
El restaurante Apio Verde también está muy bien: buena atención y muy rica comida española

Beautiful small hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

Beautiful small hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to the Prado and the Reina Sofia museums, as well as shopping and Plaza Mejor. Felt very safe and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Quarto de bom tamanho, cama e roupas de cama excelentes.

Cons:

Água do chuveiro impossível de temperar. A temperatura varia diversas vezes durante o banho. Pedi providências à recepção e nada foi feito.
Outra coisa que incomoda é o piso gelado do banheiro

Pros:

Sinceramente no longer llegar al sitio. Tuve problemas y perdi mis vuelos lo cual ocaciono una gran perdida. Tenia una reservacion junto a mis trea hijos que por el incoveniente pedi al alonamiento la cancelacion de la reserva explicando la situacion y fue muy bien atendida.

Muchas gracias por la comprension y espero quefarme ahi de nuevo cuqndo vuelva a Madrid ! Fios los bendiga y muchisimas gracias.

Pros:

Soggiorno di 4 giorni in questo hotel in una posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storico di Madrid, in una zona tranquilla e sorvegliata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia della struttura e delle camere, oltre alla gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Nota positiva anche per la colazione, sebbene risulti un po' carente nella varietà dei piatti caldi dolci.

Cons:

Purtroppo, devo segnalare un disservizio significativo: per due giorni su quattro è mancato il riassetto pomeridiano (turndown service), come non è stata ripristinata la bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia. In un hotel di categoria 5 stelle, questo è un servizio standard atteso e la sua mancanza è stata una delusione rispetto alle aspettative di lusso della struttura

Из плюсов хочу отметить : 1. Высокая кухня ресторана , очень вкусно и быстрое приготовление горячих блюд.
2. Очень большого размера кровать, постель, подушки, все идеально.
3. Наличие биде в санузле.

Cons:

Плесень в душевой кабине. Пол мраморный в щелях заплесневел. Вода вытекает наружу очень сильно.
Отсутствие вида из окна- балкона ( от слова - совсем, стена соседнего дома )
