瑕不掩瑜，推推!
Pros:

地點非常方便，附近有大型藥妝店、博多運河城...等，
購物完再拿回飯店都不耗時，飯店備品充足還有雪肌精試用包，
鄰近鬧區卻不吵雜，超讚!!

Cons:

洗衣機印象只有三台，衣服分兩次烘還是烘不乾，
備案是附近有走路5分鐘的自助洗(烘)衣店。

前堂員工有禮貌，幫忙叫的士，安排 妥善

Cons:

唔明餐廳待應把4人枱預留給未有需要的客人，把巳到場的客人安排坐很擠迫有句2人枱範圍，令人食得唔舒服。
代客泊車職員無講明泊車時間是每日數算到11：00就當一日

Pros:

去日本在不同城市住過很多次Daiwa，品質都是穩定的，4人房比其他日本飯店大，又有按摩椅跟UCC咖啡喝，住這裡都不怕踩雷！離地鐵鬧區都不遠，下次來福岡，還會再選？Daiwa!

Comfy, convenience with reasonable price.
Pros:

The cleanliness is the best. Spotless i would say. Staffs are friendly and professional. The location is good.

Cons:

Just a minor comment. I tried to join the hotel member via its App as they offer one hour late check out for members. But unfortunately, when i tried to fill up the online membership form, it is not user friendly for overseas visitors. It requires japanese name and japan post code. As a result, i gave up.
