Our group of 7 booked 3 rooms, and we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location was also excellent—within walking distance of shopping malls, massage outlets, restaurants, and many food options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Apartment unit suitable for family of 5. With 2 toilets and all the essential kitchen and washing facilities available it is very comfortable. Very good location to be in.

The location is right next to the mall and 15 mins drive to Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal. Staffs services were impeccable and good on sustainabiliy. You can refill your own water at the water cooler near the lifts.

Clean and modern. Location was great as well. Wonderful staff who were very helpful.

Amazing customer service. Immediate service recovery. Great location. Clean rooms. Great selection of food at the bistro.

From the staffs location and food...everything is just perfect.. even few spas located beside the place.

The services provided by the front desk is superb.

Cleanliness, comfort, layout, ambience &etc

Oakwood remains one of my favourite places to stay during travels because it genuinely feels like home. During this stay, I chose a Studio Premier on the 18th floor as I wanted a cosy sofa area in front of the television for relaxation. I also skipped breakfast since the mall opposite offers a huge variety of convenient food options.

The room felt warm and welcoming, with clean corners, a subtle oak fragrance, and a very comfortable bed that was neither too hard nor too soft — just the right comfort level for good rest. Overall, the stay checked almost every box for me, with only a few small areas for improvement:

1. My contour pillow request submitted during pre-registration was unfortunately not prepared upon arrival.
2. A laundry basket in the bathroom would help keep used towels tidier and more organised.
3. While the large bathroom amenity bottles are practical, the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel felt rather watered down and could better reflect Oakwood’s premium branding.
4. The rounded pool steps can feel slightly uncomfortable on the feet when entering or exiting the pool.
5. There was exterior window cleaning during the stay without prior notice, and the knocking sounds in the morning were initially confusing. A simple heads-up beforehand would be appreciated.

Overall, I still truly enjoy staying at Oakwood and appreciate the comfort and atmosphere the property consistently provides.

The hotel was in a good location and appeared new, clean, and well maintained. The rooms and common areas were tidy and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience.

Pricey if include breakfast. Lobby bar not open yet.
