Will definitely come back again!
Pros:

Great location! Grand Batam Mall is just beside. The hotel room is also comfortable! We got the one bedroom premier and come with separate bedroom with the living room area. Staff are nice and friendly too, even the security guards will help to stall the cars for guests to cross the road. And also open the side door for us.
Our package comes with a complimentary dinner and also daily breakfast. Not bad spread! Nadia was super attentive and approached us to help get our complimentary welcome drink. One server even offered to take our photos!

Cons:

If I really have to say something I didn’t like, that will be no plug in toilet to use hair dryer. I am just too used to doing it in the toilet.

Clean, modern apartment style. Room was clean, aircon was strong and they provide water dispenser at Lift area and one at the middle of the hallway of rooms. Bed was comfortable too!
Link to Grand batam mall super convenient. Walkable to lots of nearby cafes and massage too.

Cons:

A stench in the water tap from our room. Not sure if is the water system in batam or just specifically the tap issue in this room. Too overpowering.

Modern, clean, comfortable, great location, and excellent service. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and they even upgraded my room and prepared a lovely birthday decoration. They also allowed a late check-out until 1pm at no extra charge, as my ferry was at 5pm. Will definitely be one of my favourite hotels.✨

Nothing at all. Completely satisfied.

Great stay, everything that we needed for a weekend getaway
Pros:

Property is new and well maintained. Fantastic location, right next to the mall for super easy access to food, shopping and entertainment. There's a spa just steps away from the hotel entrance, another added bonus. The breakfast served is amazing too. Service rendered by staff in the restaurant and reception was lovely. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

Nothing at all.. hotel location and all that it offers is a great base for our 3 days chill-out in Batam
