Pros:

Единственное, что нам понравилось в номере - это вид с балкона, на который мы изначально и купились. Средняя оценка на букинге 8 баллов - вообще не отражает реальной ситуации и завышена в несколько раз.

Cons:

Потратили некоторое время, чтобы найти отель. Оказалось, он находится на пятом этаже жилого дома. Вывески перед дверью не было.
Номер встретил нас дверью с зияющей от вскрывания дырой, резким запахом нафталина, грязью и морально и физически устаревшей обстановкой: грязный ковёр и покрывала, мебель из 90-х, перекосившийся телевизор, оборванные шторы, засорившийся слив в душевой кабине, двери с жирными отпечатками, не выстиранное, серое с пятнами постельное бельё и т.д. Бронировали номер Делюкс ради потрясающей панорамы, открывающейся с балкона. Но насладиться и расслабиться не получилось: стол на балконе был с нестираемой закоптившейся пылью, а кресла - с изорванными в труху подушками.
Изначально планировали остановиться на 7 дней, но когда увидели комнату, то поняли, что 7 дней не выдержим. Сразу позвонили владельцу и сказали, что останемся только на пару ночей, в итоге он сказал, что тогда цена будет дороже - где-то на 10%. При этом терминала для оплаты картой не было, пришлось платить наличными. Никакого фискального чека не дали. Через 2 дня с огромной радостью сбежали в другой отель.

Cons:

Хозяин подтверждает бронь, после чего говорит что в квартире нет света и воды и начинает предлагать другое. Вариант был дороже и в другом районе (по версии хозяина -- в 5ти минутах). Отказались.
Не советую связываться.

قريب من الأماكن السياحية
يبعد عن شارع نضامي تقريبا 18 دقيقه
وبعد عن البحر 20 دقيقه
وببعد عن المدينة القديمه 20 دقيقة
ويبعد عن فنيسيا المصغرى 20 دقيقه

Cons:

لا يوجد شي الصراحه كل شي كان جميل
لاكن اذا حجزت من اي تطبيق تواصل مع الفندق عشان يشرحوا لك
كيف تدخل الفندق لانه سكن ماهو فندق حقيقي

Dobrý poměr cena / výkon. Za svoje peníze dostanete adekvátní ubytování. Blízko centra města, hezký výhled na moře. Personál byl vstřícný a velmi snaživý.

Cons:

Na pokoji byla pouze jedna stolní lampička a neměla ani žárovku :-(

Had a wonderful stay at Sea View Hotel. The place was comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Azer — he is a very good boy and treated us with great kindness and respect throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
