From 00:00 to 05:00 on November 15, 2021, maintenance will be carried out on the equipment in the apartment power distribution room. There will be a power outage. The emergency lights in your room, floor halls and public areas will be activated to provide lighting.

-During the power outage, all electrical equipment in your room, including air conditioning and hot and cold water will be temporarily suspended.
-During the power outage, elevators #1, 2, and 3 in Building T1 and elevators #6, 7, and 8 in Building T2 will be temporarily suspended.
-During the power restoration period, there will be a buzzing sound on the standby power supply in the room and hall, please don't panic.

Excellent room (I had a studio apartment) with excellent air conditioning and dehumidifier. The room was very big with high ceilings and a great view. No any kind of smells in the room or the hotel (which is great).
Having washer and drier in the room was excellent as I needed to wash and dry my clothes. The hotel even provided the laundry soap.
Bed was comfortable.
Facilities are good and clean. No strange smells anywhere at the hotel whatsoever.
The location is great, very quiet and peaceful, close to a waterfront park and many restaurants and cafes.
I came here after a busy trip to Guangzhou and this place was just perfect for relaxing and resting!
The hotel staff were super helpful and tried their best to help.
This hotel is a great value for what it offers. It could easily be a base for a long trip, because the room is so comfortable and it feels like home.
It is not in the center and I don’t know where the public transport was as I used Didi/Taxi. The distance from the city center is what makes this place so relaxing and quiet. If needed the city center can be reached by taxi in 10-15 minutes.

It is not walking distance to the city but only a few minutes ride by taxi.

Good location, good breakfast, good personnel, clean, kitchens stuff in room and all appliances in very good condition.

Huge apartments, good breakfast (mostly Asian style). Located right between Shenzhen and Nanshan, shopping mall and good restaurants right next door.
Partly could be renovated/ fresher-up again. Personal at front desk did not speak any English, unusual for a Marriott hotel.

I love the room. There wasn’t much of a sea view but the room was huge and super comfortable. Very value for money. The facilities especially the gym was great. The front desk service was good as well.
It would have been even better if room service refreshed the bowl of fruits everytime as well.
