Nice place, but will probably choose somewhere else next visit.
Pros:

It was cute that my name was on the screen when I walked in.

Cons:

Charging for parking is insane. Keep it free for guests. I realize a majority of clients staying are flight attendants and pilots but it felt like a hidden fee. Let our booking be a validation and charge people who aren’t staying there. I’ve never had to pay parking at a Hampton or Hilton.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

The front desk staff were very nice, especially Brandi, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The room and hallway was super clean and smelled amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay was comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Was only there for a few hours due to an early flight, so my only response can be for the cleanliness and the check-in experience; these were exceptional

Cons:

the shuttle service in the morning could not accommodate all that were trying to get to the airport, so would probably say an additional bus should be available for such overflows.

I was able to get on the bus, but it was quite full and many of us had to stand; others were left behind. Depending on the flight times, if I had not made the one that I caught, I would have most likely missed my flight, having to wait the 1/2 hour before the next available bus
