Receptionist was rude. Was not helpful. Bed sheets and cover and pillow case were filthy. So I called reception to ask for a new cover/sheet/pillow case. The answer was “I’m the only one here” and cannot help you with that. We arrive at almost midnight to sleep for couple hour before our flight and we get to the hotel and expect us to changed beddings that late and all?? I don’t think I was ask too much. All I need is a clean beddings because I paid for it. They didn’t even apologize. Receptionist said “I’m the only one here and I cannot help you” is that the proper response to guests who paid $221 for a coupe hour stay?? I don’t think that’s fair to anyone. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I stay there May 22, 2026 at 11:45 and left May 23, 2026 at 3am. I did not take photos because we were so tired and just wanted to rest. I wished I had taken photos to upload for profs.

Pet friendly & great location
Pros:

Great location! The rooms were comfortable & clean. Breakfast was good, several options to pick from. Great restaurant as well. Pet friendly with a well lit dog relief area.

Cons:

Wasn't aware of the parking fee until I checked in.

I would stay at a Hampton Inn again. Just not this one.
Pros:

Very nice pace to stay. Very clean and facilities were very nice.

Cons:

I was not aware that I would have to pay a $20 parking fee. I would have appreciated knowing about this before. Staff was also rude.
