Our reception is open from Monday to Sunday, ensuring you have a smooth check-in and assistance during your stay.

CLEANING:

SERVICES:
For families with young children, we offer a baby kit upon request, and pet-friendly accommodations with an additional charge.

Important information:

The property's reception opening hours are from 09:00 to11:00, and from 17:00 to19:00.

Guests must pay tourist taxes on arrival. The amount is per person (over 16 years old) and night. As this is a government fee, it will never be charged on the total reservation or before arrival.

Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.

Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied from EUR 35.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 15 per pet, per day applies.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 25 kg or less.

Pros:

Fijn appartement met prima bed en douchestraal. Ruime slaapkamer met balkondeuren deze konden 's nachts lekker open om af te koelen. Ook balkondeuren in de kamer/keuken. Op maandagochtend gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijtbuffet, uitstekend. De andere dagen broodjes besteld, die dan aan de kamerdeur werden gehangen super. Ook een keer in het restaurant gegeten, was ook erg lekker. Aardige Nederlandse mensen waarbij je ook terecht kunt voor tips in de omgeving.

El apartamento estaba excelentemente equipado y limpio. La familia que lo gestiona es muy amable e intenta ayudar en todo lo posible. Hay un parking muy cómodo delante y atrás. Si buscas algo tranquilo y para relajarte lo recomiendo al 100%.

Muy buen alojamiento cerca de Ordino
Pros:

El apartamento es muy completo y está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario tanto de electrodomésticos, ropa de cama, etc. Resulta acogedor, cómodo y espacioso y estaba muy limpio.
Te piden dejarlo todo tal cual te lo has encontrado, lo cual me parece perfecto.
El menú del restaurante era espectacular y a un precio muy competitivo. El restaurante en si también es muy acogedor, bien decorado y nada masificado.
Tiene un aparcamiento detrás donde se puede dejar el coche sin problema, yo nunca lo vi lleno. Llegas a Ordino en 5 minutos por la carretera principal por lo que la ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Te piden un bloqueo de unos 200€ que si lo haces con tarjeta luego tarda como 3 días en volver a tu cuenta. Debe ser cosa de los bancos que no son del mismo país, eso nos dijeron, al final se devuelve pero me resultó extraño.

Amplitud en la estancia, cocina completa, buenas instalaciones camas comodas. Personal atento y muy agradable.

El edificio estaba en obras en la parte superior, los señores albañiles comenzaban muy temprano a trabajar lo cual molestaban bastante sobretodo cuando daban golpes, normalmente vas a estos sitios a descansar y a dormir placenteramente pero en este caso no necesitábamos despertadores.. es su trabajo no tienen la culpa...
