Pros:

the staff were very helpful. there is a very small language barrier, but nothing google translate can't fix! they also have complementary coffee and water in the room, and you can ask for a refill everyday. the area around the hotel is pretty peaceful, so a good night's rest is guaranteed.

Value is good but have cash and don’t expect too much.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The fridge worked very well and it was nice to have drinks available to purchase in lobby. The a/c worked well and there were no bugs. Hotel is a bit away from busy streets so noise is minimal.

Cons:

The hotel really only accepts cash. The machine apparently never worked for the four days we were there. The room has not seen any maintenance for some time. Noisy exhaust fan, loose toilet seat. Cleaning of rooms is questionable but sheets and bed were clean. No fireplace or safe as advertised.

I recommend and plan to book the same hotel in the future
Pros:

the staff were great, helpful and approachable

Cons:

at first the pillow cases was not change, but i told the staff they apologized and changed it right away. I was wondering if all the linens were change somehow.
