入住的時候跟服務人員說浴室味道感覺怪怪的
馬上就來處理了
晚上的服務人員很熱心
早上的感覺公司公辦但是他們知道我們前一天有叫計程車的需求
也很細心幫忙

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds to the friendly and professional staff. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service was outstanding. The staff were always helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a wonderful experience.Nothing seemed to be disliked
Location is great. For urgent needs there are grocery store, restaurants and a mosque as well (20 minutes walk). The hotel staff are kind and helpful. Hotel is neat and clean. Breakfast is good. We stayed in king suite with balcony and the room was spacious specially for kids the sofa bed was big and comfortable for two kids.
Electricity went off for hours on one of the days during our stay (mostly not a hotel problem)

Мы приехали с Казахстана, всей семьей (с маленькими детьми), отель очень красивый и комфортный, всё понравилось! 🥰❤️
Рестораны, парки, кафе, и магазины очень в доступном месте от отеля, можно пешком прогуляться после ужина.
Внутри отеля имеется спа с бассейном!
Кухня очень вкусная, и чистая, повара отлично готовят, даже дети были в восторге!
Отель превзошел все мои ожидания, персоналы очень вежливые и отзывчивые! Всегда помогут если Вам что-то нужно?! Заселили очень быстро, не пришлось ждать! 👏🏻🥳❤️

Friendly and helpful staff
Встретили в отеле как положено, двери открыли, приняли багаж. При входе в отель принесли напитки всем, в такую жару самое то. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда улыбаются. Все вопросы по номеру решены быстро. В целом отелью доволен. Также могу отметить зону СПА: Бассейн, турецкий хамам, баня на высоте.
Минусов нету, не нашел.
The personnel of the hotel were extremely polite, helpful and always went the extra mile to offer better services. Any question was answered/resolved immediately, with very a welcoming attitude. I really felt taken care of with a very individual approach.
The location is good for those who seek some relaxation after a busy day. There are no crowds, loud roads and overall calming surrounding. The spa and pool were the cherry on top. The breakfast was fresh and good with many offerings.
I have heard a lot about Uzbek hospitality, but the people at this hotel topped it and shown in action.
The only thing missing was milk alternatives. My wife cannot consume lactose and therefore needs some alternatives (for coffee, oats etc). Would be solid 10/10 if there were some alternatives.
Замечательный отель. Очень чисто, комфортно и красиво. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, каждый день был отличный выбор блюд. Расположение также очень удобное — основные достопримечательности находятся в нескольких минутах ходьбы. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.
Единственный минус — в нашем номере очень плохо работал Wi-Fi. При этом в соседних номерах интернет был быстрым и стабильным. Но это не так уж большая проблема, а так от других мест интернет работал хорошо
Абсолютно ничего
Полотенца с пятнами, бассейн только по отдельности - на ресепшене не смогли объяснить по какой причине
Понравилось всё. Персонал все молодцы, вежливые, улыбаются ресепшен, ресторан, все работники отеля внимательны к просьбам, сразу откликаются и пытаются решить вопрос. Самое главное номера звукоизолированы и можно спокойно отдохнуть в тишине. Регулярно обновляются вода и все необходимые гигиенические средства. Остались очень довольны даже продлили ещё на несколько дней и нам сделали приятные скидки. Спасибо Вам вы большие молодцы
