Отличное местоположение, просторный номер

Cons:

Очень старый номер, много грязи под мебелью, под раковиной, стулья с застарелыми пятнами. Во время дождя в номер затекала вода из под окон и образовались огромные лужи на полу. Также была поломка в ванной комнате и пол залило водой, но всё быстро починили. В целом, изнутри номер напоминает дешевый придорожный мотель, но никак не приличный отель для отдыха с семьей.
Если сделать ремонт, то всё будет отлично

The property would benefit with more maintenance work. Some doors cannot be locked, some wear and tear are visible making it looks tired. Washing machine provided but no dryer available nor place to dry out clothes.

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to severe mould, and unhealthy living conditions

Unfortunately, our stay at WAIFIDEN Guangzhou Grand View Golden Palace Apartment was a very disappointing experience.

The biggest issue was the extensive mould throughout the accommodation, especially in the bathroom. There was visible mould on multiple surfaces, and the strong mouldy smell had spread into the bedroom and living areas. The air quality was very poor, and I genuinely started to feel sick while staying there.

We had children with us, and they began coughing continuously after we checked into the room. Because of the health concerns, I contacted Booking.com and requested either a room change or a refund, as I did not believe the accommodation was safe to stay in.

Cleanliness and maintenance were well below an acceptable standard. No guest should have to stay in a room with visible mould and a persistent damp smell.

I would not recommend this property unless the mould problem is completely resolved.

В Апартаментах было из техники холодильник, чайник, телевизор, стиралка и микроволновка. Из них работал только холодильник с чайником.
В номере белье чистое, сам номер уставший, жена сказала что грязно. Мне все равно. Местоположение для меня был лучший критерий.!

Beds were very hard and rattled at every movement. Room smells of cigarettes smoke, had to change rooms but still smelt bad. Didnt provide enough towels for number of people staying there.
