Spacious suite with view of city
Pros:

Good size room and bathrrom, we had a suite on the 5th floor. Is a bit dated (70's) decor but clean and well kept. Bed was big and comfortable, fridge in room was quiet. Plenty of wardrobe space. Lift to all floors. View of city. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh and staff attentive. Great location, short walk to Plaza de La Cathedral and Colon Plaza.

La empresa no emitió factura con mi NIT. Alegando que por hacer la reserva mediante la aplicación ellos no emitirían factura por q supuestamente tenía el descuento por uso de la aplicación.

Nos quisieron cobrar más que nuestra estadía el cargo por mi mascota.
Tuvimos que insistir para que nos dieran una opción para ingresar antes a la habitación.

Un hotel muy clásico y elegante, me gustó ver algunas cosas antiguas en funcionamiento

Cons:

El horario de la sauna es solo de 15:00 a 21:00. Me hubiera gustado que estuviera abierto también por la mañana esa parte de las instalaciones

El personal es muy amable y realmente educado.

Cons:

Tuve un problema con la gente que estaba en la madrugada cuando me tenia que ir, se quedaron dormidos y se tardaron en dejarnos irnos al taxi que ya estaba esperando desde temprano. Las luces del lobby estaban apagadas en ese madrugada y no se podia ver nada. La habitacion estaba vieja, olia mucho a habitacion cerrada. No limpiaron la alfombra, se veia el aserrin caido de los muebles viejos. Si sos asmático no te lo recomiendo. Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas y en teoria nuestro cuarto tenia Balcón y no estaba. Si bien el personal es agradable, no vale la pena la estancia en el lugar.

Hotel excelente com boa estrutura o café da manhã é razoável e o estacionamento não é bom

Cons:

Café da manhã muito simples e o estacionamento muito ruim pois não comporta se todos os hóspedes estiverem em carro.
