Pros:

Hôtel bien placé pas assez entretenu intérieur extérieur

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant avec boîte de nuit a l intérieur mal insonorisé
Il faut attendre 2h00 du matin pour pouvoir dormir fermeture de la boîte de nuit le petit déjeuner et simplement minables voir photo si vous prenez un café ou thé en plus il faut le payer
La chambre pas de changement de draps et serviettes pendant 3 jours
J' ai essayé de vous joindre pour réclamation mais pas moyen de vous contacter je comprends pas pourquoi vous mettez des établissements comme ça sur votre site

أقمت ليلتين في الفندق.
النظافة مقبولة، لكن مستوى الخدمة والتعامل مع الزبناء كان دون التوقعات.
الاستقبال كان بارداً ويفتقر للبشاشة.
واجهنا عدة مشاكل: ضعف شديد في الويفي بالطابق العلوي ولم يتم تقديم أي حل رغم تواصلنا مع الاستقبال. شاشة التلفاز عبارة عن ديكور فقط. عندما أردنا الاستحمام لم نجد المنشفات طلبناها من الفندق و أخبرونا أنها كلها منشورة على السطح ولم تكن متوفرة، مما يدل على غياب أي احتياط أو مجفف ملابس. كما لم يتوفر صابون في الحمام يوجد فقط ساىل غسل الاواني الذي يعتبرونه بمثابة صابون ، وبعد إلحاح تم إحضار قطعة من البقالة .
بشكل عام، الفندق يحتاج لتحسين كبير في جودة الخدمات.

Laisse les personnels ils étaient très gentils serviable

Beaucoup de bruit jour et nuit la nuit j’arrive pas à dormir jusqu’à 5h du matin, les klaxonnent les musiques, impossible de dormir avec le bruit y avait pas de double vitrage dans la chambre les matelas ils étaient durs ça fait mal au dos c’est pas confortable
