Breakfast forget the food
I was having a very pleasant time until I tried to switch on wifi and was asked for personal details. I don't expect to have to give personal details to get wifi. I don't agree with you selling guest's information to Access Control. I had to go to the reception three times in my pyjamas to request the wifi access code that all other hotels provide. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this otherwise great hotel, or any others in your chain, because of this experience. People have had enough of the drive towards One Digital ID. It's surreptitious, dishonest.

Limited quantity of tea/coffee, etc.. .only one mug for 2 people - easily put right, but it's in the detail.
I know it was 30* weather, but there was a strange room fragrance in reception.

Great check in staff, advanced requests had been sorted, despite temperatures into the early 30s the room had been kept at a reasonable temperature, plus a decent fan was provided. The KS a Ed was ridiculously comfortable, so much so that I missed breakfast (which appeared to be great value).
The room rate was also very competitive, and for anyone travelling up or down the M6, it’s about a minute or two from the junction.

Eenheidsworst eten, slecht ontvette tafels en handleuningen van de stoelen
Beperkt ontbijt, sinaasappelen en appels op 1 juli, zijn niet onmiddellijk seizoens gebonden....

Easy to get the train to go to Liverpool center. Bathroom is very clean. Superb customer service!
Great location for the price. All the staff were really nice and attentive
There was no air con but the fan did help. Also the iron wasn’t the best
Room was clean and well presented with ensuite bath/shower. No aircon but a fan was provided and literally no different from home. Car parking was plentiful. We arrived and had lunch while waiting to check in. Breakfast was tasty and a full choice of what you'd expect in a british hotel.
