Tout a été très bien ! Chambre très belle et très confortable, très beau lieu, personnel très agréable et sympathique, très bon petit déjeuner et dîner, piscine très chouette ! Bref, endroit idéal pour se détendre et avec de belles propositions d'activités (nous avons fait le trek de 18km avec eux, la rando était magnifique !)

Pros:

Great homestay, staff all very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to cook us lunch and dinner, nice breakfast. Large room with nice balcony and view. Great pool area overlooking the lake. Very relaxing spot, kayaks available for us.

Pros:

Beautiful jungle stay. The rooms were clean, there was air conditioning and the hotel offered free kayaking. Nice pool and restaurant.

Cons:

In-house dinner and breakfast were super tasty but no option was given to choose from. Breakfast was a bit on the greasy side and not enough to keep you full.

Pros:

Really over priced for the value
Pros:

The swimming pool.... but you need to ask to the staff to clean of the leaves and the insects

Still in construction... working man at 8:00 am next to our room making a lot of noise with electrics tools
Breakfast very poor : oily egg, bad corn pancakes , ....
No hangers in the wardrobe

Niet booken, beter elders. Rare vibe, management mankeert aan ervaring en gastvrijheid, luide kamers

- CLEANING staff is zeer vriendelijk
- Elke dag verse handdoeken
- Nieuwe kamer
- Heel leuk zwembad als het water proper is
- 3 hele lieve hondjes
- Kalme ligging aan het meer
- Goede bedden
- Heel leuk dorpje 15minuten wandelen. Je ziet het liggen vanaf het zwembad. Daar zijn heel goede restaurantjes en café’s voor zeer goede prijs

Negatief
- service is echt niet goed. De jonge mannen hebben nog veel te leren in gastvrijheid en management van een hotel. Motivatie lijkt ver zoek.
- Veel te duur voor wat je ervoor terug krijgt. Zeker tijdens zware constructie werken. Alles is er duur ( drank, brommerverhuur, uitstappen, … ) ze profiteren van het feit dat het afgelegen is, maar mits wat opzoekwerk vindt je lakkelijk betere en goedkopere alternatieven.
- Geen “vietnam” vibe, de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid die de mensen hanteren in dit land is op deze plek ver zoek. Hotel geeft meer een hostel vibe. Niet gerund door familie maar door personeel die mits meer inzet misschien wel goed hun werk zouden doen?
- Zwembad was heel vuil tweede dag van ons verblijf. Precies melk in het water. Zwembadwater moet 100% transparant zijn
- Lang wachten op bestelde drankjes
- Some is er niemand aanwezig in de “bar/receptie”
- 2 dagen moeten wachten op info om een tour te booken, dus elders kunnen booken waar het goedkoper was voor dezelfde tour (bij babevoyages.com en daar is er ook een mooi hotel mét goede authentieke service. Ze kunnen alles regelen wat je wil voor betere prijs en dit met motivatie en vriendelijkheid)
- Heel luidruchtig hotel. Wij wilden daar een beetje relaxen na een drukkere fase van onze reis. Dat was helaas niet mogelijk want er waren werken dus vaak gehamer, geboor, etc
- Kamers zijn een leuk concept maar de muren zijn super dun dus je hoort alles van iedereen.
- Kettingen en hangslot aan de deuren die zeer luidruchtig zijn

charming homestay
Pros:

We really loved the atmosphere of this hotel, located in a peaceful little corner by the lake. The place is charming, and the staff are absolutely lovely — always helpful with anything you might need.

There’s a small, pleasant pool, which is great when it’s hot, and they also offer excursions with really nice activities on the lake for both adults and children.

A truly peaceful and relaxing homestay, perfect for two or three nights — I highly recommend it.

Cons:

There aren’t really any nearby restaurant options — you can only dine at the hotel. The food is very decent and good for one night (it is a set, no menu and choices), but if you stay a second night and want some variety, you’re a bit limited and have to keep eating at the hotel.
