Nice spacious room in a great location, including a comfy bed and suitably equipped kitchenette
A bit of noise from the bistro immediately below, a TV set that didn’t seem to work and hot water that was EXTREMELY sensitive to changes in temperature when neighbours turned on their taps or flushed the toilet.

Great location, very attentive valet service, comfortable and clean apartment. View through the large window in the living room - beautifull. Everything you need to explore Montreal down town.
Well furnished and equipped apartment, comfortable bed, excellently situated close to all amenities in Old Montréal. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are in two of the hotel’s restaurants and the food in both was very good. A tasty brunch in Gaspers and a lively dinner at Pincette.
The bar below played horrible loud and very repetitive music with a reverberating base beat for hours on end from late afternoon until after 12am. It made sleeping impossible. We did not ask our hotel reception for assistance at the time which we possibly should have done. They are not responsible for the bar but may have been able to intervene to get the volume turned down a little.
Too notch room. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff- they went above and beyond for my wife and I celebrating our wedding.

The loft itself was huge and very comfortable. Location was perfect.
Stairs and hallways were not great. The entryway and stairs and hallways were dirty and uninviting

Stunning lofts with everything you need. We absolutely loved our stay here. The loft was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was a total dream and the Santal 33 products a lovely treat. Great location and very helpful staff.
The only issue was our little one was running around for a few minutes excitedly after bath time one evening around 8.30pm and within 5 minutes someone on a lower floor had complained and we received a telephone call. We felt slightly on edge after that for the remainder of our stay.

We stayed in one of the lofts that faced the cute little alley next to the entrance to the lofts and it was so perfect! We ended up having to stay at a few hotels during our Montreal stay and this one was by far our favorite. The loft had such a charming feel to it while still being modern. And all of the furniture was super comfy! It was so centrally located that it was easy to get to everything by either walking, taking an Uber, or riding the metro. If we ever go back to Montreal, I'll be staying here for sure!
There was only one real issue which was I couldn't get the TV to work, but we had iPads and great wifi so it was no big deal and I'm sure I could have called the front desk and they would've taken care of it. The only thing for people to be aware of (which they're up front about but some may have missed) is that there aren't any elevators so depending on what floor you're on you could have quite a few stairs to walk up. We were on the sixth floor, but it really wasn't an issue for us. Someone helped carry our luggage up when we got there and I was able to carry them down myself when we left though I'm positive someone would have helped if I needed (depending on what time you're leaving). All in all, super happy and have nothing really negative to say.
