The location is beautiful. It's set in a small, quiet village, which was perfect for us (a couple). There was ample parking, the building itself and outside seating/courtyard area was very beautiful. It looked like some construction was happening at the back, so the hotel might be expanding? The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. Our window opened onto the main road, where there is some traffic noise in the morning.
We ate dinner at the newly opened Restaurante La Portalada and it was FANTASTIC. Easily within walking distance, or a short drive away.
There were no staff anywhere, aside from the cleaning lady in the morning (who I think set out breakfast?). There is a bell at reception and a number to call for emergencies, but we saw no reception staff on site.
The room didn't have air conditioning (although the website said it would) and the first night was very hot. Luckily, I used a translation app to talk to the cleaning lady in the morning and ask for a fan, which made our next night more pleasant. There are also no shelves or hooks in the shower, and no handwash in the bathroom sink. But other toiletries were provided (shampoo, body wash)
Gostámos do quarto amplo e da casa rural - traça antiga, mas luminosa e moderna. Junto à receção há uma máquina com comida, o que é prático.
Cremos que o quarto não tinha ar condicionado, porque sentimos algum calor durante a noite. O mobiliário do quarto também é insuficiente. Fez falta uma secretária. No andar de baixo, por termos chegado de noite e não haver alguém para receber e ajudar, faltaram algumas luzes junto às mesas de refeição.

El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. La zona exterior es fantástica para relajarse por la tarde, y las instalaciones estaban impecables. Se nota que cuidan los detalles para que te sientas como en casa. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy bien decoradas. Al estilo de hotel rural pero moderno.
El grifo de la ducha no se mantenía erguido. Pero sin problema para ducharte.
En el centro de Bermillo, todo nuevito
La almohada era muy alta para mi gusto y pasamos fresco de noche y no teníamos nada de abrigo para la cama
La habitación es super espaciosa al igual que el baño. La climatización una maravilla, el ambiente estaba perfecto para poder descansar en un día de calor, se notaba un fresco agradable, no frío como pasa en otros hoteles con los aires acondicionados. No pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel ya qué solamente nos quedamos 1 noche y salimos muy temprano al día siguiente. Pero tenemos claro que si volvemos por la zona iremos otra vez.
Entrar al hotel es super cómodo, te mandan una contraseña y puedes llegar a la hora que quieras. A la hora de pagar también muy cómodo, nosotros lo hicimos a través de una página web.
Tienen un teléfono al que llamar donde puedes hablar con Justo para cualquier cosa, fue encantador, lo hace todo super fácil.
