Pros:

The couple who ran the homestay were extremely welcoming and helpful - they did our laundry and helped organise a tour. They also gave us use of their fridge and always had water on hand to refill our bottles. The room was very comfortable and clean and the ac and shower worked well. The whole property had a lovely airy feel and was very quiet. The homestay was also in a fantastic location down a leafy alleyway but within 2mins walk of the old town and various shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The ensuite was small but perfectly usable.

Meilleur logement de Hoi An !
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. Dans une petite rue calme et proche de l'animation à la fois.

Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et bien équipées.

Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et arrangeants. Ils proposent des tours et des services beaucoup moins chers que dans les agences alentours et peuvent vous louer des vélos pour vous promener dans les rizières et aller à la plage.

Le prix des chambres est très abordable. Surtout pour un service comme celui-ci !

Je recommande vivement !

Pros:

ご夫妻で経営しており、なんでも丁寧に対応して頂きました。ツアー、ショウ、ダナンまでの配車の手配なども適正な価格で、すぐ対応して頂き、楽な思いをしました。宿は旧市街まで徒歩圏内で路地を入って所にあるため静かで落ち着きます。部屋は清潔感があります。

I travel with my family and had good rest by having cool decoration, comfort room and bed

I would definitely stay here again. In the center of everything you need in Hoi An, and great value
Pros:

The place was amazing, the people who ran it were awesome. Wifi worked well, location was amazing, Bathroom was nice and I loved the solar Hot water for the shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Cons:

There was some construction going on right next door that started at 7-7:30am every morning except Sunday. So I used a sleep mask and ear plugs and it was not much of a problems. As a budget traveler there are always some trade offs. But this was not a deal breaker for me.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Homestay und insbesondere die Besitzer sind tolle Menschen. Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. T hat uns einen Transport aus Danang organisiert und vor Ort viele Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Sie organisierte uns auch Fahrräder.
Sie Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In einer ruhigen Seitengasse aber die Altstadt ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Pros:

Très belle chambre en plein de coeur de Hoi An, nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et accompagnés par les hôtes. L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre tout équipée et bien climatisée. Je recommande fortement !

Nous avons adoré nos 4 jours dans ce homestay ! Vraiment quel plaisir de trouver des endroits comme cela pour se reposer… la chambre était impeccable ! Draps propre, salle de bain propre avec une douche avec de la pression, et une clim fonctionnelle.
Très très bien situé dans une petite rue à l’écart de l’agitation, super agréable de rentrer le soir de la vieille ville en passant dans ces petites rues si mignonnes.
A 5 mins a pied des premiers magasins et bar de la vieille ville. Avec un super banh min à 100m.
Et surtout la gentillesse de nos hôtes !! Elle a pu nous aider sur tellement de choses, et le monsieur le soir nous accueillait toujours avec le sourire :)
Nous reviendrons forcement à Hoi An et nous re dormirons ici.

Muy buena atención y ubicación
Pros:

Los hospedadores son super amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me recomendaron actividades, lugares de compras, me alquilaron una bicicleta y me ayudaron gestionando el traslado al aeropuerto. La ubicación es muy buena también, lugar tranquilo pero muy cerca del centro. Recomiendo el lugar.
