Kindly advise the Hotel owner to update their web pictures as those made us fool.
Pros:

Hello there. The time we arrive the location the floor was full of water linkage even at the reception. The room was not as per advertisement. Very dirty and uncomfortable. We called booking.com call centre and asked to cancel the booking.
The agent said the money will be refunded.
So we didn't stay there.
Kind request to follow up about our refund.
