Os ventiladores são fracos e passamos um pouco de calor .

Cons:

O elevador não estava funcionando . Por ser no quinto andar e eu estava com criança e malas, foi bem cansativo para ter acesso ao apartamento .

Elevator i stykker. Vi havde mormor på 90 år med. Ingen mulighed for at skifte. Dårlig service.
Beskidt overalt i krogene.
Skidt beliggenhed. Meget larmende vej.

Pros:

The flat is big enough and has nearly everything you need for your stay.

Cons:

The flat is not very close to the centre, but there is a tube station very close. The beds are not very comfortable but overall it's a good solution for your stay in Berlin

Overall nice place, host was really good and replies quickly it has good location to transport and I think the price is

It was clean, I liked the bath tho it wasn’t sealed perfectly so it would take a long time to fill. It’s a small and tidy place that has everything you need.

Cons:

There’s is some construction happening next to it but it’s not the apartment complex’s fault. I do think there was not enough electrical outlets but it’s doable. Also the lack of cleaning supplies like paper towels or an all in one cleaning spray to clean up after you cook. The neighbourhood is not the greatest and there’s is a lot of construction going on right now.

Zentrale Lage. Große Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Küche, Balkon. Wir waren zu fünft. Für 18 Euro / Nacht/ Person völlig ok.

Cons:

Duschfliesen waren ziemlich schmutzig. Revisionsschacht an den Fliesen gebrochen. Allgemein schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Lichtschalterabdeckung fehlt. Lichtschalter klebten. Bettwäsche tw fleckig. Gefrierschrank ein Stück offen und sehr vereist.
Parken vor der Haustür sehr teuer.

Barato pero muy justo de limpieza y confort
Pros:

El tamaño de las habitaciones era adecuado. Tiene al lado una parada de autobús y cerca una de metro.
Hay muchos kebaps y sitios de comida para llevar alrededor.

Cons:

Íbamos en un grupo de 10 personas y habíamos reservados dos apartamentos, cada apartamento estaba en un edificio distinto. Un apartamento en el piso uno y el otro en el piso quinto y no funcionaba el ascensor.
La cocina está integrada en el comedor y no hay televisión.
Necesitan una limpieza más profunda, debajo de la cama se acumulaba suciedad de mucho tiempo. Aunque no hace frío porque la calefacción va muy bien, entra aire por la ventana del dormitorio y nos daba directamente en la cara, no cierran bien.
La puerta se abre con una contraseña que todo el mundo tiene, cualquier persona que sepa la contraseña, y es muy fácil de deducir, puede entrar en el apartamento.
En la cera se acumuló la basura durante días, teníamos que saltar una montón de basura para pasar por ella.
Es un barrio muy ruidoso, desde palomas en el alfeizar hasta máquinas de construcción picando debajo de la ventana.
