We had a fabulous trip with our granddaughter - and Hotel Place d'Armes made it extra special!
Pros:

Friendliness and competence of staff - above and beyond, especially Ricardo and Diego. Location was terrific.

Cons:

Room was fine but not outstanding. Price was on the high side.

Love the location cleanliness & the bathrooms very well done.

Cons:

The elevators are almost always filled with staff and containers for restocking the rooms - neither the lights beside the bed in my room worked had to unscrew the bulbs and felt the amount charged exceeded the value of the room

Hotel Place D'Armes was lovely and clean. It's in a perfect location for exploring Montreal.
Pros:

The location was fantastic - very central and easy access to public transportation. The hotel itself was lovely and our room was quite spacious.

Cons:

Everything was great! The only thing was our room was right next to the gym which was a little loud in the morning.
