Awful - don’t stay there!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The room was really hot (fans supplied but barely worked) and the windows didn’t open more than about two inches. The whole hotel is run down and shabby looking. Parking is extortionate. Other guests were noisy and we could hear banging all night. We were woken up in the night by another guest drunkenly banging on our door. It was just an awful experience.

And could use the gym and usted the pool at the Sister Hotel

Cons:

The Nescafe had been opened and used, and there was definitely no check on the hotel service before checking in. The toilet flush was broken, and the room was on the mezzanine floor, which was very difficult to get around, and we had the worst room in terms of location, and there was no fan in the room

It feels like the building will be condemned in 18 months and management are milking it now.
Cons:

Despite there being over 60 rooms, there was no conversation possible about checking in before 4pm. We asked but the answer was always: checking in is after 4pm, not even an attempt to find out.
When a hotel says parking is available, I don't expect to be charged £20. I know this is hidden in the terms at the bottom, but it feels like a scam. Keep this in mind when booking.
Our room faced into the sun and all the curtains were left open during the heatwave, so it was a sauna. The sad fan in the room did not really help.

Pessima, quando cheguei no hotel e vi a situação do quarto já queria voltar pra casa
Pros:

A hora de ir embora.

Cons:

O quarto era pessimo, não havia ventilação, nem ar condicionado, o quarto estava um forno, tivemos dificuldade para dormir. O quatro estava sujo, e o banheiro com o ralo cheio de cabelo.
Não indico e não volto NUNCA MAIS.
