Pros:

Very nice place staff are nice limited breakfast options but very good taste

Absolutely nothing!!

Cons:

There was nothing acceptable about this property. The rooms were dirty, with cockroaches and lizards visible on the floors and ceilings. The bed linen had a strong, foul odour and the air conditioner was never cleaned, its smell was so bad that staying for more than a few nights could reasonably give you a lung infection!. There were also leaking fixtures and the towels were dirty and stained. The false ceiling in the bathroom was infested with roaches and so was the rotten door panel .. once I complained to the reception, they changed my room and this room was same as the previous one ..The photos and reviews on Booking.com are misleading, and I believe I’m entitled to a refund.

Avoid the place due to the location

Amazingly helpful staff, always smiling willing to help

Cons:

The location, it is in the middle of a steep hill.. nothing is nearby. The hotel doesn't have food facility. Will recommend either people to stay near the beach or in the main town. The auto walas charge a bomb there and the rooms aren't that cheap as well you can stay in hotel near beaches. You will have to travel to beach anyways for food

It is preferably a one time stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was amicable and attentively available.
Wayfinding the hotel location was difficult and the roads were challenging.

Cons:

A 3-star basic provision (toilet paper, dental kit, disposable slippers, iron box, tissue box for the room) was not available
