Pros:

The staff and the location are definitely the hotel’s biggest strengths. Mr. Hazem and Amr were always attentive, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend booking a room overlooking the Nile, the view is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms themselves were unlike any hotel rooms I’ve stayed in before. With their wooden interiors and beautiful classic furniture, they felt straight out of Titanic in the best possible way.

I would definitely stay at the same hotel again if I ever return to Cairo.

فندق ممتاز جدا ويتمتع بموقع مميز عالنيل وموظفى الفندق يتعاملون بحرفية عالية جدا الاكل والنظافة روعه الاهتمام بالعميل وراحته درجة اولي بالنسبه لهم تحيه لكل موظفى الفندق وعلى رأسهم السيد حازم والسيد عمرو والسيده دنيا ونيفين وكل العاملين بالمطعم والمقهى . شكرا على جميع العاملين . واتتوق للزيارة مرة اخري ان شاء الله

Pros:

Location was good the Resturant staff are polite and respectful but slightly overcharging, hotel staff very nice

Cons:

At night and during the day the whole room shakes to the side as the wave from the boats that bass bye cause big waves and as we weren’t familiar with it , I did not like it much .

Pros:

Great view on the Nile river, simply stunning and beautiful. Hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming, a special mention needs to go to mr. Hazem which did definitely his best to make our journey be memorable.
