DIRTY and NOISY
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Dirty room, we were not sure when was the last time the floor was cleaned, bathroom / WC - very dirty, we didn’t take a risk to take a shower.
The room had a Nile view, that is true. The problem is that in front of our windows, people were getting off boats. So we couldn’t open the curtains…
And we couldn’t sleep at night because of the loud music all night long, the area seems to be full of night club.

Pros:

The location was excellent, very safe. The Staff was well trained and attentive. The Owner went above and beyond in paying careful attention to details and working with my special requests.
It makes a holiday so much more enjoyable when the management and staff provide extraordinary service and make you feel like you are part of their family. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Cairo and, God willing, it won't be very far in the future.
Again, my prayers for the staff and .management

Comfy stay and new experience
Pros:

it was a nice and creative idea to stay in hotel similar to boat , the staff was very kind especially ms. Dunia , also the restaurant was good

The housekeeping and room service is available only 16-18 h instead of 24

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing.

The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. During our stay, we found two cockroaches in our room on two separate occasions. Finding one cockroach would already be unacceptable, but finding a second one confirmed that there was a serious hygiene problem.

There was no hot water throughout our stay. The staff kept assuring us that the issue would be fixed, but nothing ever changed. They tried to help, but in the end we were repeatedly given empty promises and excuses instead of a real solution.

It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. There was a constant loud noise throughout the night, and the boat was continuously rocking, making it very difficult to rest.

The restaurant was far below expectations. The food quality was poor, and even basic drinks had to be paid for separately, which was disappointing considering the price we paid.

Because of all these issues, we had no choice but to cancel the remainder of our booking after the second day and leave the hotel early. Despite the terrible conditions and all the problems we experienced, we did not receive any refund.

It is also worth mentioning that this hotel is operated by the military, which made the poor standards and lack of professionalism even more disappointing.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We definitely do not recommend staying here.
