Great value for money close to many amenities
Pros:

Staff were amazing and was helpful as i had to work remotely needed a steady network connection, the hotel sent the engineer to make sure it’s working .
Clean and great value for money not far from haram on average walk can take 15 min average

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to give special thanks to Suzon Ahmed, the housekeeper, who was absolutely amazing and took great care of us throughout our stay. He was very kind, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed.
I would also like to appreciate the gentleman at the reception. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he gave us a very warm and welcoming reception and was extremely helpful.
Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and service. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

المكان جميل ومرتب وقريب من الحرم
ويوجد لديهم موقف للسيارات وهذا الشيئ الاهم في الموضوع لاني جاي سفر 800 كيلو
الموظفين كلهم محترمين من استقبال ومن خدمه غرف ومن صيانه غرف للامانه محترمين وخلوقين
نكرر الزيارة بإذن الله كل ما نزلنا مكة وكان في فرصه نحجز عندهم بإذن الله

Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. The food was nice, I liked my room. The WiFi was fast. The staff, especially Suzon Ahmed is a very nice person. He’s really kind, friendly and helpful. Hotels need people like him.

Pros:

The staff was profectional, especially Mr. Suzon was very helpful and polite. The rooms were also comfy.

Cons:

Rooms were small and location is quite far from haram, it walkable but take 30 to 40mins to reach haram and the uphill hotel location is troublesome.

Pros:

walking distance upto 15 minutes from haram , With the last few steps a slight steep ,not recommended for elderly,
Although golf cart were provided for the climb it was always packed.

Rooms were clean and room service Ahmad Sujon was very helpful at all times.

Cons:

Lobby and lift area lacked cleaning.
