Good Experience.
Pros:

The receptionist was very polite and friendly, the security officer was also very nice, the Housekeeping staff was awesome and supportive. The staff keep asking about any further help or support need.

Cons:

Little repair needs to the shower glass door handle and shower tray damages to be fixed.

Mr. Mirza and Mr. Suzon provided exceptional service during our time at the hotel. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met promptly. The hospitality here is top-notch because of staff like them. Highly recommended!

قريب من الحرم عشر دقائق الى ربع ساعه

Cons:

الاسرة مكسرة وسخ جدا لايوجد فيه شئ يجب ان تطلب من الموظفين كل شئ. وهذا استغرق وقت طويل اكثر من ساعتين من انتظار ترتيب الغرفة بينما كنا على الوقت. الرائحة سيئة جدا والتهوية ايضا. انكسر في السرير اثناء النوم وكدت ان اتعرض لاصابة بليغة. وبسبب ذلك لم انم حتى الليل وغادرت فورا في الصباح. وناهيك عن اصوات مزعجة تأتي من كل مكان لاصوات أجراس رهيبة.

I would not recommend it, front desk staff was unhelpful, they were very not accommodating
Pros:

Nothing good,,, horrible front desk service, horrible location, I had 2 luggage stolen while loading!

Cons:

I had total of 10 luggage while loading from room to shuttle someone stole 2 luggage, I noticed it till got to airport. No front desk phone service!

It was easy walk to Kabba and also they have golf cart for tge climb uphill and downhill.
