Beautiful, quiet, and relaxing stay at Valle Del Sol
Pros:

Grimaldo was awesome! He did a great job communicating with me before my stay. He arranged a driver to pick me up from Ollantaytambo along with a private Sacred Valley tour which was incredible. My room was beautiful with a great view. Most comfortable bed in Peru! Breakfast was nicely prepared for me, and he made sure I had everything I needed.

Cons:

While the property is beautiful, the surrounding neighborhood was a little rough.

Wonderful stay !
Pros:

Wonderful large clean room - We had a spa bath suite and it was awesome
Great customer service
Supportive in arranging onward / day trips with private drivers etc.
Flexible to date change and very accommodating
Great wifi for remote working including calls and screen sharing.

Cons:

Tiny bit out of Urumbamba - but only about 8mins in a collectivo - easy to jump in and move onward - but it is local travel hub where you need to go to take all onward travel
Bathroom is smelly - it their fault - it’s the water / drain system. Unfortunate really as the place is spotless.

Amazing place!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We booked it for two nights to acclimatize before going tot Cusco and it couldn’t be better. We had a jacuzzi in our room, the food was delicious (try the quinotto and the ceviche!) and the staff was very friendly. He also arranged a horse back riding tour for us with the most amazing Peruvian paso horses and friendly guides. It is a great place to explore the sacred valley and they also organize private tours to the main sights. We would definitely come here again and recommend this hotel for everyone!

Excelente alternativa calidad - precio en Yucay
Pros:

La infraestructura del hotel es muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias y bien mantenidas. La vista de los pisos superiores es linda. La atención muy amable.

Cons:

Los primeros días no había mucho personal y, aunque nunca se dejó de atendernos, se podía sentir la falta de manos. Recomendaría coordinar más personal para los días en que tengan varias reservas.

Had a nice stay at the Valle del Sol!
Pros:

Very nice and clean facilities and staff! The hotel was very helpful in getting taxis, including late in the evening. The breakfast was good (very similar to other hotels in this price range I was in). In walking distance from another hotel with a nice cafe for during the day.

Cons:

Urubamba is bigger and so there are more things in walking distance. We came back from an event late in the evening and our driver had to call the hotel to open the front door (this was not a problem, just communicate a late arrival with the staff).

Lindo y comodo!

Todo lindo y la atención excelente

Le faltó un espejo grande para ver cuerpo entero y que las habitaciones tengan plancha

Pros:

Nos quedamos en Valle del Sol en Yucay, el hotel estuvo super limpio y tuvimos una atención excelente. Tiene una linda vista y es céntrico para ir a distintos lugares en Valle. Además, Grimaldo, el administrador, fue muy amable. ¡Volveremos pronto!

Pros:

Es muy recomendable este hotel. Está muy bien ubicado. Es cómodo y la atención de GRIMALDO el administrador es impecable. Todo lo soluciona y es muy cortez. Nos atendió excelente.

Cons:

La calefacción del cuarto no funcionaba. Tampoco la secadora de pelo. Todo lo demás muy bien

Pros:

En general todo excelente: habitaciones, alimentación, limpieza. Quiero destacar la labor y esfuerzo de Grimaldo, siempre procurando que todos los guests estén bien atendidos y que nunca falte nada.

Recomiendo una habitación con balcón, es increíble despertar en el valle y tomar una bocanada de aire fresco… Mágico

Giraldo, the owner, went our of his way to make sure we had safe transportation.
Pros:

Miriam and Gibraldo were kind, patient and respectful throughout our stay. They accomodated every diet requested and we were two families of eight people.
