This hotel is all you can hope for when you need to be away from home.
Pros:

The staff is s very courteous and helpful. When we needed a later check out because of a vehicle issue, they were gracious and kind.

Overall my stay alright. My family and I wasn’t able to rest after we got off the because no rooms were available.
Pros:

I like that it was in the District area close to a mall.

Cons:

I had to wait over 30mins for a room after check in time.

Clean. Safe. Good room size. Easy access in proximity to downtown or westside, or central areas.
Pros:

This apartment hotel is new and the guests truly benefit from that. Location was central for Little Rock, and easy to get to downtown or outdoor shopping facilities - however you need to have a car, or plan to use Uber everywhere. I used Uber. Breakfast had options which was good. Their is a small marketplace in the lobby for snacks, fresh and healthy sandwiches, frozen foods, wine, beer, etc. This made a big difference at arrival. Room was large and the beds were comfortable and fresh.

Cons:

The only think I did not like was the heavy smell of air freshener when you first walk into the main lobby. It was a very overpowering smell.
