Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und ästhetisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und es gab eigentlich von allem etwas. Die Lage ist extrem gut, direkt neben tollen Restaurants und man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Auf der Dachterasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick.
Dass das Frühstücksbuffet nur bis 9:00 offen hat und dass das Personal nicht wirklich mit einem in Kontakt tritt oder redet, das war ein bisschen befremdlich. Man muss auch mögen dass das Bad/ die Toilette komplett offen sind, vielleicht eher für Paare etwas, als wenn man mit Freunden reist, sieht sehr schick aus, ist aber nicht für jeden etwas.

A good daily breakfast. I was mostly confined to my room due to medical reasons. The staff were amazing bringing food and drinks to my room. They even outsourced any meals I wanted. Extremely helpful.
The area is quite busy traffic wise but it has a good vibe.
Location was great, amenities good, I watch a lot of Asian dramas and know one key they give you goes by the door in the electricity box, if you remove all lights out, the breakfast was a big plus very good food, also the bellhop was super helpful talks you through the room set up
Only stayed one night didn't see much of the facility, entrance is a down step into lobby didn't see any wheelchair access we didn't need it but not used to that, checked in past midnight lobby crew where sleeping woke up quick but seemed off, no computer at reception desk handed me a print out of my reservation, when given given keys and went to the room someone's belongings where there, the ease of access into room already taken, which is understandable when a key is given it will open, but should they not have know someone was in that room, beed was a mattress on floor don't recommend if you have problem getting low to ground

Sauna was never on.
Everything was clean and comfortable, well maintained except for hot water system.
During my 3 nights stay, there were no hot water came out from shower for 2 nights. Asked to fix on the initial morning but not been fixed on the second night too, fixed on the last day. As long as your room has no problem very recommended place.

I didn’t like the breakfast it was very limited not a lot of choices, but it can be improve.
