Poor Bathroom facilities
Pros:

The location was very near to metro station and easily accessible. Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

We had a very disappointing experience with the bathroom facilities. In our first room, the shower knob was missing, which forced us to change rooms. Unfortunately, in the second room, the shower knob was also not functioning. We struggled with it in the morning, and since we both needed to attend a conference on time, we had no choice but to use a mug filled with water from the washbasin to bathe. This was extremely inconvenient and one of the worst experiences we’ve had during a hurried morning.
We reported this issue in the evening itself, but were told that the plumber would only be available after 10:00 am. If rooms are being booked, it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that all facilities are in proper working condition. At the very least, basic amenities such as the bathroom should be thoroughly checked before guests arrive.

Affordable, but place is in need of maintenance.
Pros:

The place was affordable, close to my business office. Right next to the metro station which was also a plus point. The building itself has a lot of restaurants, which is good too. The staff here were fabulous, the ones who did my check as well as the ones who supported through the day. But the management is not maintaining the property.

Cons:

While this was an affordable stay, I did have problems with the room. The flooring had torn and come off in places. The bathroom taps and showers were broken and not working as expected. The least i would expecting is a functioning shower, which was not the case.
