Pros:

Location, rooms and overall environment was good

Cons:

It was good experience overall. However extremely dissatisfied with their arrival service.
I understand check in time ia 12AM but i asked in advance to check in at 8AM.later when i reached there they charged me whole day for it saying that check in before 12AM will be charged at full day. Though room was available too. Hotel staff should be cooperative

Pros:

First, their staff is very rude and second, they made me drink acid in my water, which ruined my entire tour and I was sick for three days.

Cons:

Secondly, they rejected my booking and charged me extra money, and the facilities they promised online turned out to be the opposite, so I was very embarrassed in front of my family.
