Nice location and clean rooms
Pros:

Well situated property for those looking to tour Mt. Ranier NP. There are limited dining options in the area, but the resort offers a pool and hot tub and other recreational facilities.

Cons:

I would have liked to have the option of a coffee maker in the room. There were limited guest services available and no services before 8am.

Pricey, but in a great location. Cozy cabin with all the amenities.
Pros:

The location was amazing and super close to Sunrise, although we were sadly unable to go there in the morning due to recent wildfires and evacuations. The staff were very helpul and had a map up showing which areas of the park were off limits. We simply headed straight to Paradise in the morning and it worked out well. We had a lovely cabin with the master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas on the main floor and the second bedroom up some steep steps to a loft area. They had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and more. It was cozy. There was a hot tub on the back deck we didn't use, but we did pick up our smores kits and go to the pool late at night to use the kerosene burners there to toast marshmallows. The pool looked great but we didn't get a chance to use it.

Cons:

The stairs to the loft were very steep and I almost tripped going up to pick up something. The lights were very low wattage, and the raised stone flooring around the fireplace is easy to trip over while at the dining table. The master bed on the main floor is decorated to look like you sleep facing the windows, but you have to climb in from one of the sides, over the sleigh bed style side pieces. This was very awkward. Just be cautious and you should be fine. The location can't be beat, but the pricing is rather exorbitant. I think the bed should be changed to something much easier to get in and out of.

Not worth the hype except for the location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The cabins had been upgraded in some ways. New paint inside, upgraded bathroom and fixtures. The pool and hot tub were great amenities

Cons:

The exterior sidewalks were all in poor condition. The grilling area adjacent to the pool needs a lot of work. Poor tables and storage for grilling area tools. The website advertises that they have a good selection of food and other items in the office, which they do not. One of the hideaway beds in the 3 rooms I rented basically fell apart when it was opened. Could not be slept on. TV’s are all Roku tv’s and staff does not ensure prior guests are logged out so the TV can be used.

One of the closest locations to the Sunrise area at Mount Rainier
Pros:

Not luxury, but a practical option for travelers. The room is nice, featuring a loft, two bathrooms, and a kitchen for cooking, while the swimming pool and hot tub are nice bonuses. A decent base camp close to the Sunrise side

Cons:

The furniture and amenities are not the newest, but overall everything is well-maintained and okay. There is a skylight in the roof that lets in early morning sun with no way to block it. The stairs to the loft are steep, and the loft itself has a low, sloped ceiling that requires you to duck. It was also a bit warm inside, but they did provide fans

Pros:

Good location for hiking at Mt. Rainier.

Very good refrigerator with a small freezer.
Comfortable beds. Quiet. Nice pool and badminton net, disc golf, board games, grills, large TV screen and fireplace.

Cons:

We were three guests and found one spoon and one fork. A person had to climb onto a chair to reach the high microwave. The oven was left very dirty, so it was good that we did not have to use it.
