Fiz a reserva com antecedência, cheguei lá as 15h no dia do check-in e não tinha mais quarto disponível. Eles poderiam pelo menos ter me avisado, para não chegar lá atoa. Agora engraçado que se eu pagasse mais caro, tinha quarto disponível só o que eu já havia feito a reserva que não.

Não tinha ngm na recepção na chegada nem na saída. Estafe brigava entre si na minha frente. Banheiro tinha buraco na parede e no ralo. Tinha baratas à noite. Tv não funcionava. Wi fi não funcionava. Ar não gelava direito.
