Il personale molto carino,la posizione vicina al mare ma iin zona tranquilla,la colazione molto assortita e di qualitá

Le biciclette della strittura che vanno pagate dalla seconda ora. In poi,lo trovo restrittivo e non invoglia a una pedalata per raggiungere Martinsicuro o Alba Adriatica che in modo ecologico possono essere raggiunti ma per una toccata e fuga

Die Lage war für uns gut. Die Mitarbeiterin sn der Rezeption war kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das bei Booking.com gebuchte Zimmer war mit mit 25 qm angegeben, so gebucht und auch bestätigt. In Wirklichkeit war das Zimmer die Größe einer Abstellkammer, das Bad sehr veraltet und unkomfortabel. Die Dusche viel zu klein. Als wir das bemängelt haben, wurde uns zwar ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten aber darauf haben wir, weil wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, verzichtet. Ist eh schon schade, dass man nicht das bekommt, was msn eigentlich gebucht hatte. Für uns steht fest, dass wir hier keinen Zwischenstopp mehr machen würden. An einen Urlaub würden wir in einem solchen Zimmer nicht mal denken wollen!

Das Frühstück war leider nicht "ausgezeichnet", wie von vielen beschrieben. Es war ein chaotisches Buffet und bot wenig Auswahl. Das Personal war leider gar nicht motiviert, uns zu helfen. Die Qualität liess zu wünschen übrig.

Pros:

Accoglienza ottima, tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Animatori molto carini, cercano di farti partecipare alle attività senza mai insistere. Personale di sala sempre attento, in particolare ci hanno seguiti per l intera settimana il maitre Francesco, Saim e Gianfranco. Cibo buono e vario. Posto ottimo per famiglie con bambini
