Pros:

- The view from the rooms is astonishing, one of the best views in Rwanda, the rooms overlook lake Kivu.
- the food and waiters were really nice

Cons:

- Breakfast was a buffet, and was ok.
- Wifi was terrible
- The facilities were outdated and there were strong smells coming from the bathroom (not super clean).

Relaxed.
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij het meer. Heb er gelogeerd omdat ik de CNT deed. Lieve en behulpzame staff. Groot complex. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Het lekkerste dat ik in Rwanda geproefd heb.

Cons:

Alles in orde.

Lovely base to start explore Kibuye and Lake Kivu
Pros:

Clean and tidy hotel, good value, helpful staff, excellent food and wonderful views of the lake. I would stay here again!

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel location is unbelievable, fantastic views in all directions. The staff were very friendly, including with helping to arrange a boat tour of the lake and a tour of a coffee farm. The restaurant was great, especially the fish.

"Hier ist gut sein"
Pros:

Wunderschön gelegen. Essen und schlafen mit Blick auf den See und auf ein Märchenschloß. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Beim Essen a la Carte kann man auch gegrillten Barsch aus dem See bestellen.

Home Saint Jean let me park my car four days before my stay so we could walk the Congo-Nile Trail. They also arranged a taxi to Gisenyi

Great value, beautiful location
Pros:

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. The room was clean. The views of Lake Kivu are amazing. You are a 15-minute walk from local stores (for snacks and drinks).

Cons:

You can hear neighbors if they are loud and you can smell the smoke (cigarettes) from guests below you.

Un lieu particulier à découvrir hors du temps.
Pros:

Le site, les vues exceptionnelles sur le lac Kivu, l’architecture du batiment, la gentillesse du personnel, le rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

C'est vieillot, mais c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme de l'endroit. Ne changez rien surtout.
