our group all had food poisoning from the restaurant. the showers were slightly dirty
The views were gorgeous with the pool overlooking the rice fields and valley. Lovely kind and attentive staff who were helpful. The breakfast was nice with a nice juice and some fresh fruit. The room was also perfect for our stay
It is not the properties fault at all just beware of the difficult roads to get to the home stay as they can be challenging if you rent a motorcycle but still manageable.

Malheureusement, nous avons vécu un week-end à sapa avec un temps très compliqué, beaucoup de pluie, de brouillard et très froid. Donc nous avons pas pu utiliser l’hôtel à 100 % mais dans l’ensemble, nous gardons un bon avis trop juste pour le définir.
Outside of the city, so not too crowded, in a local villages, friendly people and staff
La vue est très belle malheureusement nous n’avions pas eu très beau temps.
Un peu loin de Sapa mais nous le savions. La piscine n’est pas chauffée donc nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, dommage nous avions réservé en partie pour cela.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre de mauvais commentaires, mais les avis et la note Booking ne reflètent pas la réalité. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, ni une villa. Cela ressemble plus à un gîte. Une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre. Une odeur de cuisine dans la salle de bain. Le lit enfant était dur comme de la pierre. Les serviettes ont besoin d'être renouvelées (elles ne sont plus blanches, mais beiges). Certains taxis refusent de monter jusqu'à l'établissement, car le chemin est en très mauvais état. Petit déjeuner simple.
Spacious and clean room with big windows looking out to the rice paddies. They were able to organise a day trekking which was good even though we had clouds and rain. The food was good and reasonable priced. It is out of sapa a good bit but that is what is so great about it. Laundry service which is more expensive that using smaller company but was required after getting wet and the clothes came back quickly and smelling fresh
The views are absolutely beautiful. It’s quiet and away from busy Sapa town, and the menu has lots of options. Great pool as well.
The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff was very kind, especially Mang from the morning shift. He was super helpful and we really appreciated him during our stay!
The road to the hotel is quite rough, which personally wasn’t a problem for us. We rented a scooter for a day and it was definitely a challenge, but still doable. Also, within 15 minutes from the hotel there are plenty of cute restaurants and coffee spots.
Your experience here really depends on the weather. If the weather is good, you’ll probably love this place. If it’s very rainy and foggy, there’s no view and not much to do, which can make it feel a bit too remote. At least that’s how it felt for us 😊
One thing we really didn’t like was that they allowed the young dogs from neighboring farmers inside during dinner. We tried to push them away, but they kept jumping on us playfully, which unfortunately led to one of them biting my partner. Because of this, we had to go to the hospital for rabies shots.
The room also had quite a lot of insects. We’ve been budget traveling for a while, so we’re used to insects and understand it comes with staying remotely, but one night we spent almost an hour getting rid of flying ants in the bed and there was also a large cockroach next to it. Of course you can never keep all insects out completely, but there’s a pretty big gap under the door. We ended up putting a towel there, which helped a lot. I think that would be a fairly easy fix for the hotel.
Exceptional Stay - A Hidden Gem in the Mountains
Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. While it is located a bit of a drive from the town center (about 30-40 minutes), it is a true hidden gem nestled in the heart of the mountains, offering breathtaking views of rice paddies and lush peaks. One of the highlights is that even when it's foggy elsewhere, this spot often remains clearer, though the view is spectacular regardless of the weather.
The hotel’s design is beautiful, featuring natural wood and stone elements that blend perfectly with the surroundings. Every corner of the property offers a stunning vantage point. We especially loved the large, infinity-style pool—it’s the perfect place to relax and soak in the scenery.
The Accommodations & Service:
• The Room: Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The housekeeping was excellent; they provided fresh towels, replenished water, and tidied up the room daily.
• Dining: Breakfast is included and offers several delicious options. The service is impressively fast. We also ordered from their all-day menu, and the food was consistently excellent. There’s even a talented bartender on-site for evening drinks.
• Facilities: For those looking to explore, the hotel offers motorbike rentals and can help arrange local tours directly.
The Highlight - The Staff:
Above all, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the staff. They are incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Many of them speak excellent English, and it was a genuine pleasure getting to know them and chatting throughout our stay. They are wonderful people, and we will truly miss both them and this magical place.
