Pros:

I am satisfied by the hotel service stuff... However l was disappointed with your booking attitude. I made an error on the date of my stay on 21/02 to 20/02 to be changed to 20/02 to 21/02. l tried in vain to contact you for assistance but your side is non contactable. You did not provide after sale services.
