The best location and great value
Pros:

This location is one of the best in Hoi An. Right on the river, everything in your doorstep yet just back slightly from all the hustle and bustle. Super value rooms and good breakfast with lovely staff.

Perfect
Pros:

We stayed here the beginning of June. Initially for just 3 nights, but extended and stayed for a week. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was one of the best we have had on our travels, with a good selection for all nationalities.
Our room was very comfortable with a lovely view over the river, and the hotel was spotless.
The location is perfect for exploring the old town on foot, and for all the restaurants and bars.
Everything you need is in walking distance.
Thank you to everyone there for making our stay perfect, and if we are in Hoi An again, we will definitely stay again

Excellent m, will stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent close to the river, but far enough so you couldn’t hear the music from the bars. Staff were extremely helpful. Wifi was good. Room was a good size. Bathroom very clean and spacious

Cons:

Not a big issue, but a smart tv would have been nice. The Tv we had was fine, but I miss my YouTube

A great property if you want to stay near the old town. Everything is in walking distance.
