The staff was 5 stars.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was great and will appease anyone. The entire staff is really kind, helpful and genuine in their interactions with hotel guests.

Cons:

The room that I stayed in had a tub/shower combination. There were no shelves within the shower to place toiletries. The tub is very slippery and no grab bars to safely climb out of the tub. This is a big item to fix.
