I didn’t like the bathroom it wasn’t the best plus the the

No negatives, everything about the place is as advertised.

The furniture is dated, as carpet too. It's a bit faraway from center, but it's justified with a honest price.

Poor communication from beginning of booking, had to ask for basics like the pin for the key lock, a towel, wifi after checking in hours later. Doesnt listen to other people i.e. The customer and thinks his agenda is the only one that matters. I had cooking to do before work and wasnt made aware that there would be a cleaner who took 2-3 hours to clean a kitchen(mid afternoon), started to repeatedly argue with me in person and threaten to “escalate” things if it continues via messages (all to make it seem that he was following ‘protocol’)… i had to enter the kitchen to ensure my food didnt burn whilst leaving the cleaner to finish up in the kitchen and he kept moaning trying to kick me out of a kitchen that i paid good money to use! He will talk down to you like he is superior trying to edge you towards an altercation so that he can cancel the booking, constant passive aggressive messages on the booking platform blaming me for things I havent done - he is a smiling snake!
Read his list of 'rules' to see how much of a narcissist this guy really is to cover himself for being an awkward live in 'host', rather than make your stay comfortable he will run around into the bathroom and kitchen trying to find fault even though others are in the house using the facilities, listen out for you to enter a room and then follow you to repeat what was message or vice versa whilst he coughing lurgies in the bathroom sink and having loud phone calls in the early hours of the morning ‘hypocrite’
I eventually stopped checking messages and couldn't wait to leave on check out day.
