La ubicación no era la mejor. Un poquito alejado del centro y el metro. A 15 min caminando. La entrada común del edificio no estaba muy limpia

La struttura ha camere molto moderne e belle, il personale non parla inglese ma sono disponibili e gentili. Mi hanno contattato per chiedermi se volessi il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani. Check out late molto comodo. Stanza pulita e letto comodo

Pros:

Stanza molto grande e con lavatrice. Possibile usufruire dell'asciugatrice contattando il personale dalle 14 alle 20. Pulizia della camera con acqua ogni giorno. Non lontano dalle attrazioni principale di Xi'an. Consiglio di affittare la bici. Unica cosa negativa per noi ma é personale le asciugamani. Ne davano quante ne volevi ma quelle usa e getta.

Best location to explore Xian

Cannot imagine best place to stay to discover Xian. Walkable distance to the walls, big rooms, clean, super convenient.Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

Large room and comfortable bed, located about 20 minute walk to Xi’an City Wall, also close to metro line 2.

The housekeeping did not turn up for 2 days even though I left the card to clean on the door. Sound proofing is not great. Metro is about 1 km walk.

Comfortable and affordable place that is an interesting walk away from the Xi'an wall, albeit the service goes up an
Pros:

Location was a bit of a walk to the wall, but it wasn't particularly loud outside (the other floors however, were a bit of an issue), and the room itself was very comfortable. Having 2 separate bedrooms felt nice and private, and the air conditioning was strong. We also ordered delivery once and it was a seamless experience from the 24h lobby.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator takes you to the hotel lobby and it's often busy, so we had to wait quite awhile in the heat for the elevator to come, and we had a few issues in which we would inform the staff about something (i.e. wanting a refill of toilet paper) and having to inform them again as they've forgotten. Bizarre because we would inform them through wechat and they would respond affirmatively.

Additionally, the soundproofing from above flooring isn't the best, so if your upstairs neighbours are noisy, be wary! (We spoke to the lobby person about this however and they did speak to them on our behalf, which was helpful.)
