Highly recommended
Pros:

I have been to Xi'an many times and the last few times always in this hotel. Very good service, attentive and friendly staff, good location- I will travel to Xi'an again in the fall and book this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to discover Xian
Pros:

Amazing stay to discover Xian, walkable distance to the Walls. Rooms are clean and spacious and quite big

Cons:

We had laundry but not microwave , miss some kitchenette

Great centric place to stay in Xi'an
Pros:

Very close to the old city and conveniently close to the small wild goose pagoda, very clean and good value for the money. We enjoyed every moment at Xi'an and we were very happy to come back to a well conditioned room after long hot summer days. The small frigobar and the washing machine were a nice plus that we didn't think we would use but actually we did. The owner was very kind to reply to all of our requests by before and during our stay, he arranged the taxi service for us and everyone was very nice.

Cons:

It's not the hotel fault, but there is only 1 elevator to access which can make it long to get in or out, the stairs are not an option since they are in the dark (also 13 floors is quite a lot). The bathroom lightning is a bit dark but the facilities are actually quite good, both for the shower and the wc. Some people smoke in the elevator, but again, not the hotel's fault.

Muy limpio, camas cómodas, instalaciones nuevas, personal muy amable

Cons:

La ubicación no era la mejor. Un poquito alejado del centro y el metro. A 15 min caminando. La entrada común del edificio no estaba muy limpia
