שירות ממש יוצא מהכלל ,צוות אדיב ושירותי ,חשיבה לפרטים הקטנים ,אוכל טעים ,חדרים נקיים ,פינוקים לאורך היום - פשוט מושלם 😍

אהבנו את המקום, את הטיפולים- אלה המכסה פשוט תופעה יוצאת מן הכללל!! נעימה, קשובה למה שצריך, מטפלת נכון ומצויין!! בקשתי שוב לעשות טיפול אצלה - פשוט מרגישה מצויין היום!!!!
וגם את וויאן בקבלה לספא- כל כך יפה ומקסימה ונעימה ומה שביקשתי ניסתה לעזור לי - אשה מדהימה!! תודה הבחור בקבלה - זידאן קיבל אותנו מההתחלה בברכה, בנעימות הסביר הכל פשוט מקסים גם הבחורה שהיתה יותר מאוחר וביקשתי ממנה כוס חלב לנס קפה לחדר, וכשעזבנו ראינו שוב את זידאן!!

אהבתי הכל רק שיצאנו כניראה בלי כוונה נכנסנו לתוך צפת ואז הכבישים היו סגורים ומשטרה עצרה אותנו שנעבור בדרך אחרת- יש לציין שקצת נבהלתי אבל יצאנו לכיוון ראש פינה ומשם לתל אביב,,,

יש לכם צוות מנצח, אווירה שירותית מעולה, אנשים שמגיעים לעבוד ולא לעבודה .
מציין לטובה את המאבטח / קבט בסוף שבוע, אחלה בן אדם הכי רוצה לעזור , מייצר סביבו תחושה של אכפתיות זה בדיוק סוג האנשים שהייתי רוצה שיעבדו אצלי :)
הבחור שעבד בבר של הבריכה בשישי. שירות עם חיוך.
רמת הניקיון ותחושה שפתחו את המלון לפני חודש.
תחזוקה מעולה ונקי.
העיצוב מעולה ונותן תחושה של השקעה ברמה גבוהה.
שפו למעצבת שלא נפלא לפיתוי לשים פלטות זכוכית על הגזעים והשאירה אותם בצורתם המדהימה כשולחנות בלובי.
המגוון בארוחת הבוקר והערב.
רמת התחזוקה של הגקוזי בחוץ.
האריחים מתפרקים ויכולים לפצוע, ופשוט לא מתאים לרמה של המלון בכללותה.
אוכל : ארוחת ערב הפילה היה מעולה חבל שקצת קר.
אפשר לעשות קינוחי פרווה טעימים, חבל שנפלתם כאן לרמה הסטנדרטית. בלתי אכיל הייתי מוריד את קינוחי הפרווה ונשאר עם מגוון הפירות המעולה במקרה הזה.
קינוחי ארוחת הבוקר מעולים, עוגות הגבינה מעולות.
טיפול בבקשות, רישום מסודר היה פותר בקשות חוזרות ונישנות, ביקשנו קפסולות שחורות וירוקות וחלב וקיבלנו אומנם בשפע רק שחורות, ניסינו שוב פעמיים ובסוף ירדנו מזה רק בבוקר לקחנו חלב מחדר האוכל.
אחר הצהריים יצאתי לרכב כדי לגלות אותו מכוסה בלכלוך של פרחייה וצמחייה וחול, הבנתי שעבדו בגינה מול המלון, לא הבנתי אם שייך לכם או לא, אבל שאמרתי(לא התלוננתי) קיבלתי חיוך וזהו ...
כל הנאמר כאן הוא באמת ברצון לשיפור
