לא נהנינו בכלל מהשהות במלון.

השירות ברמה אפסית. בכל פעם שהתקשרנו וביקשנו משהו לחדר, לקח להם המון זמן להגיע, אם בכלל. אפילו בנושא הניקיון השירות היה גרוע מאוד.

בנוסף, המלון גובה פיקדון של 1,000 ₪ למקרה שייגרם נזק לחדר, אבל עד היום לא החזירו לנו את הכסף. בכל פעם שאנחנו פונים אליהם אנחנו מקבלים תירוצים אחרים – “מחר”, “עוד יומיים” ועוד הבטחות שלא מתקיימות.

מעבר לכך, אין שום דבר באזור – אין בתי קפה, אין מקומות בילוי, אין חוף ים, אין אטרקציות. האזור פשוט מת ומנותק.

החדרים עצמם מאוד מאכזבים ופחות מבינוניים. המרפסת משקיפה ישירות לבניין ממול, והחלון מול החלונות של הדירות בבניין השני, כך שאין שום פרטיות. גם חדרי הרחצה לא היו נקיים.

אני כבר תקופה מנסה לקבל את כספי הפיקדון בחזרה, ועד היום רק מושכים זמן ונותנים תירוצים לא אמינים.

לא ממליצה בכלל על המלון הזה.
