Pros:

Lovely staff. Also, great room, very clean, good lighting and no noise at all.
On top of all that, the breakfast was phenomenal, very fresh and lots of diversity.

Beautiful quaint hotel with old fashioned hospitality.
Pros:

The property is in a lovely little village away from the tourist area of Goreme, however only a quick bus or taxi ride into all the tourist areas.
The family running the hotel could not do enough for you, so friendly and helpful.

Room was nice, breakfast had nice choices, area quite.

Cons:

Taps were wrong, hot was cold, cold was hot, shower dripped onto metal drain so was annoying, had to put towel under to stop noise.
As it was a cave room, there where alot of bits that fell to floor, not good in bear feet, we had room for 3 nights no-one came in to clean/sweep floor.
It was not made clear in the room if the drinks in mini bar were free or not and if not what price they were.
Breakfast was at 08:30 which was a bit late for us, but could deal with but their evening meals didn't start until 20:30 which was definitely to late, a more expected time to start would be 19:00-19:30. We ended up eating else where.
We know these are only small things but it is the little things that make a difference,

Très bon séjour en Cappadoce, personnel sympathique et très bon petit déjeuner
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, les chambres sont particulièrement charmantes et caractéristiques de la Cappadoce. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, une grande variété de choix, autant pour les bouches salées que sucrées. Et nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel qui propose un menu fait maison, très bon et à des prix raisonnables.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas en rapport avec l'hôtel directement, car il était très bien. Il n'est pas aussi proche des lieux à visiter que Goreme mais si vous avez une voiture (ce que je conseille en Cappadoce), il est très bien situé. Il y a aussi assez peu de restaurants alentour mais l'hôtel dispose d'un menu pour le soir qui est très bien.

Every staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Response was fast each time we asked for help. Is a nice experience.

Atillas cave hotel is the best hotel in Cappidocia
Pros:

Once we reach there our room was given to another tourist due to miss communication. But the owner Mr Atilla arranged us a bigger comfortable room immediately. Mr Atilla is a thoughtful, kind hearted, down to earth and a genuine person. Food there was so authentic and healthy. Love the homemade strawberry jam.

Cons:

Basically there was nothing to dislike.
