Muy bonita vista y la playa increíble!

Location is great inconvenient. The hotel itself is very quaint and clean, but is somewhat tired and could use freshening up with paint. The staff was excellent, especially the receptionists. Overall, it is a nice location and convenient and somewhat comfortable. The breakfast that is provided was very sufficient and you had the option of buying more.
It’s not that it wasn’t nice. It’s just that it could’ve used some updating. The pictures online never tell the real story as they make it sound and appear so much better. All in all it was a good experience. What is lacking in the room would be a garbage can as well as a little mini fridge. I understand you can’t eat or drink in the room, but you could keep your beverages, cool while waiting to consume them.
La ubicación enfrente de la playa hermosa!, la atención de recepción de Shiva (creo que asi se llama,), las chicas del restaurante, gaby y araceli, inmejorable!! Excelente servicio y atención super agradables!
Que no se tiende la cama, se entiende que se ahorra agua evitando cambiar sábanas y toallas, y hasta ahí perfecto... sin embargo, se podría tender la cama con las mismas sábanas ya que es lo que puede distinguir un hotel a la renta de otra aplicación, no es necesario la limpieza porque es muy limpio el hotel pero la tendida de la cama cuando uno va de vacaciones se agradece y además para la señora que lo hace puede ser una propina extra por solo hacer la cama.
La basura de afuera no ayuda a la congruencia de lo que se implementa en el hotel, pero es independiente del hotel que es hermoso y tranquilo!
Que esta a unos metros de la playa y que la habitación daba a la playa y la piscina.
Sentí que x el precio al menos debería tener un mejor desayuno. Estuvo muy básico.
We spent wonderful days at La Casa Cielo. The rooms were clean and the staff was always friendly. Definitely talk to the receptionist, he has the best recommendations and is incredibly nice and funny.
If you want to calm down and relax, Casa Cielo is the place to go :) The Casa is located directly at the beach and by walking through El Cuyo you realize, that this is definitely one of the best places where you can stay
A mini fridge in the rooms would have been convenient, but was overall okay without in the end (you get always cold water from a dispenser)

Sinceramente fue una experiencia formidable. A mi esposo y a mí nos encantó el alojamiento, las personas, la ubicación, sinceramente inmejorable. Creo q lo q más me gustó fue la tranquilidad del lugar, la amabilidad del personal y el buen gusto de cada espacio, especial para descansar y disfrutar de un tiempo en pareja. No me quería ir!!!
La cercanía a la playa, la alberca, el.restairante con vista al mar
La localidad tiene algunos problemas con el suministro de energía eléctrica, por lo que la luz se va por momentos, pero se compensa en gran parte con su generador de energia

The cleanliness. The beautiful beach. The well maintained pool. We were 4 couples and all of us were very well satisfied with our Oceanfront King rooms.
The restaurant AROMA is well worth it. Food and service excellent.
