Ok but overpriced
Pros:

Great location and very tastefully decorated. Clean with nice products, dressing gowns etc

Cons:

The room is far too small for the price and sadly the bed was hard (and I don’t think I’m very fussy about that usually). My confirmation from booking.com said ‘full breakfast’ which I told the owner but she said this was booking.com’s mistake and did not honour it. The continental breakfast was fine but would have had to pay £14 for cooked breakfast and I would expect this to be included. From now on I’ll always check room dimensions too as I’ve never had such a small room and especially wouldn’t have expected it at that price!

The Inn was super cute and cosy

Pros:

Excellent staff. Beautiful premises. Good food and bar.

Cons:

It was very hot and, at night, difficult to sleep. A fan in the room helped but was overwhelmed by the extreme weather. These were exceptional weather conditions.

The hotel was closed when we arrived and telephone calls were going through to message bank.
Pros:

I liked nothing about my experience with the Print House

Cons:

Make sure they are open when they are supposed to be and when at fault acknowledge their mistakes and compensate affected clients.

We only stayed one night, the room although on the compact side had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was
Pros:

Very convenient for our trip to Chapel Down winery. Small friendly owner who made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Parking is very limited to 3 cars at the front of the pub. We were luckily enough to park close by in a side road, although this could be problematic at busy times.

Promised much but delivered little
Cons:

Room was very small! - was meant to be de luxe king size. En suite was a cupboard with a sliding door- too small to have a proper door. No where to even put a toothbrush ! No space for furniture in room. So very disappointed
