Pros:

Stuff are very nice and polite. Facilities are okay. Rooms are large. Good value for money.

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

Staff were good , food is amazing , vipes and overall hotel was a really good experience

Cons:

Room wasn't 100% clean there was a few things that were missed , bed sheets werent the best they were used but once we called it it was taken care off immediately

Cons:

Havuzda böcekler, sinekler yüzüyor. Eşimi havuzda böcek ısırdı. Odada terlik, şampuan, duş jeli yok. Oda kapısı kilitlenmiyor. Arkada mandal var onunla kilitliyorsunuz sadece. Balkon kapısı kilitlenmiyor. Mandal yapmışlar onunla kilitliyorsunuz.

الغرف نضيفة الاسطاف كلو متعاون وناس كويسين من اول ا/امير وا/حمدي وا/حازم وكمان الهاوس دايما مهتم كل يوم بتنضيف الغرف ولو الاشغال عندهم 100% اجنبي لو انت عربي او مصري هيسيبوا كل الموجود ويهتموا بيك علي عكس فنادق تانية كبيرة

Very good plesant stay.
Pros:

Hamdy and islam really made my stay welcome from the very first moment i arrived . What a absolute pleasure they were and a absolute credit to your hotel. I hope this is recognised and they are both rewarded. Thankyou

Cons:

I think the chefs need to smile , food salad was nice , and to be fair tea was above average. For the price of the hotel its very good. Rooms are great value , bed was amazing .
